She is the most beautiful girl ever. Even though she is only in my dreams, I know that she will be even more breath taking when I see her in person. I woke up with a smile on my face. As I do every morning. No surprise there.
I made my way downstairs. My beta and third in command were there will a lot of other boys from our pack. They recently turn, and now they have to go through the rules. I personally hate the rules, but they are necesary. They helped me when I first shifted 2 years ago.
A lot of the boys look bored to death. I do not blame them. I was the same way. I just stood in the back watching when Mark looked at me.
"Okay everybody, I would like you to meet our alpha, Alex. You will address him as Alpha, Sir, or Alpha Alex. Not dude, or bro, or man," Mark said with a serious voice.
"He was joking. You can call me just Alex," I corrected him. Mark gives me a look that says "play along". i just laugh and then join in.
"As you all know there is a lot of work that goes on in the pack. Training, hunting, fighting, gatherings......"
"Mates," one of the boys interupted me. Everyone laughed, including me.
"Yes and mates. Training begins in 30 minutes so everyone makes sure to be in the fields at 2:30 sharp or we will start without you. You do not want to be late or you will have it harder than everyone else. That it," I ask with a serious tone.
Everyone nods their head then head outside. Mark turns to me and laughs.
"Man, I don't think we had it that hard when your father was alpha. You really pursh everyone to the extremes."
"Yeah, only way to keep us in the top."
"Yeah except no one will be better than the Blue Moon Pack. I hear their alpha makes them train starting 6 a.m. till 5 p.m. That man is crazy. I also hear his daughter is quit a catch."
I do not know why but hearing that made Philip growl. Man, my wolf was going crazy.
I went outside to begin the training.
This boys are going to wish they never shifted after this practice.
