The honeymoon was amazing. We did everything that we planned to do. I have never been so in love. After the honeymoon my belly was at its biggest. I knew that the due date is approaching. Me and Alex started decorating a baby room. We wanted it to be perfect.
Alex was amazing through it all. He would go to the store if asked, go to the kitchen and make me food is asked. I couldn't be more happy. I knew I made the right choice.
~1 month later~
We were in the hospital. My due date finally came. Alex was as nervous as ever. I still can't believe that he is willing to be in the delivery room with me. I wonder what his reaction is going to be.
Two hours later I was holding my beautiful baby boy, Gage. He is the cutest little thing I have ever seen. Of course I have to say that, I am his mother. I look at Alex and he has tears in his eyes. It is the most memorable moment in my life.
Everyone came to visit us in the hospital. They all took turns holding Gage before the nurse came in and said that they had to leave. Alex left a few times since he is the alpha. He later comes back to sleep with me at the hospital. He left his Beta is charge so that he wouldn't have to leave.
~Epilogue~
Alex and I had an amazing life together. We had three children. Two boys and one little girl. Gage, Jason, and Emily. Three beautiful children that we loved with all our hearts. Alex and I were married for 63 years. I have never loved someone so much in my life. Alex died from old age and I died from cancer. We still had a great life. We got to see our children get married. Our son Gage became alpha after Alex retired. He married a beautiful woman. They had four children. One older boy and three younger girls. Our son Jason became Beta of the pack since him and Gage were best friends. He married also. Him and his wife had five children, four boys and one girl. Last but not least, our daughter Emily married an alpha from a different pack. They had 4 children as well, two boys and two girls. Together we had 13 grandchildren whom we loved dearly.
Our life was a life that I would not have traded for the world. I married the love of my life and had great children and grandchildren. Life could not have been more perfect. Together Alex and I made a great life together and as most people would say, we lived happily ever after.
