Chapter 12-Alex and Taylor

Before finding Taylor and Emily

It was really hard finding Taylor's sent.  I eventually found it.  I followed it to an run down pack house.  It must be pretty old.  The windows were broken, the grass was all grown, and the wood on the house looks like it is about to fall apart.  I made may way to the house.

"Someone help."

"Who is this?"

"Emily.  Alex is that you?"

"Yes, where are you?"

"In a basement.  Not sure where though.  Please help me." I could hear her crying. She must be inside.  I opened the door.  There was nobody in here.  I looked around.  I finally found a set of stairs that lead to the basement I am guessing.  I slowly walked down.  I got into a hallway filled with cells.  I sniffed the air to see if I could find someone.  I got something so I made my way to it.  I looked inside the cell and saw Emily.  She was curled up into a ball in the corner.  I broke down the door.  Man I love my powers.

"Emily."

"Alex. You found me."

She ran up to me and gave me a hug.  She started crying even more.

"Where is Taylor?"

"I don't know.  We were separated.  I think they are going to take her away."

"We have to go," I said while hurrying out the door dragging her with me.  I heard someone in the hallway.  Next thing I know Steve is behind me in his wolf form.  He is a pretty big wolf if I do say so myself.

"What are you doing here," I asked.  How did he find us?

"I followed you."  Cause that is not creepy.

Steve started running down the hall.  I followed but he ran away too fast.  I have no idea where he went.  I was about to round the corner when Taylor popped out of no where.

"Alex."

I shifted back into my human form.  "Taylor, my love." I ran to her and gave her a big hug.  No way am I letting her go.  She pulled back then slapped me in the face.  It really hurt too.

"What was that for?''

"How could you?"  Okay, now I am confused.  How could I what?

"What.  How could I find you?  Isn't that what you wanted?"

"Hey, there is no time for this.  We have to get out of here. Steve? Where is he," Emily interupted.

"I think he went to fight Liam," Taylor answered.  Liam?  Who is Liam?

"Liam," Emily asked.  I guess she was thinking the same thing. "Do you mean Liam as in childhood friend Liam?"

"Yes that is exactly who I mean.  We have to go help him," Taylor shot back.  Before I could say anything, she shifted into her pure white wolf then ran off.  I shifted as well and ran after her.  Man she is fast.  I look and see Steve and Taylor fighting a black wolf that I am guessing is Liam. Steve was thrown across the hallway.  I charged after the black wolf.  I knocked him down. He tried to get up but my wolf was too strong for him.

He finally shifted to his human form and surrendered.

We took him to the pack house for questioning.  Taylor would not talk to me the whole time.  What is up with her.  I come and save her and this is how she repays me?

We locked Liam in a cell.  The alpha will be questioning him later.  I tried talking to Taylor but she ran off before I could even say her name.  I followed her to her bedroom.  I knocked on the door but she would not answer.

"Taylor, baby come on. Please open the door."

"DO NOT TAYLOR BABY ME!"

"Taylor, just tell me what I did wrong."

"GO AWAY!"

My wolf started whimpering.  There was nothing I could do.  Taylor could really be stubborn sometimes.  I made my way to the guest bedroom.  I layed down, put in my music and went to sleep trying to not let tears escape from my eyes.  This was going to be a long night.

TAYLOR'S P.O.V.

I layed in my bed sobbing.  My wolf was giving me a hard time, but she also understood where I was coming from.  She was also mad about what happened at the mall.  No way was I letting Alex get off the hook that easy.  I stayed up watching sad, depressing movies.  I eventually fell asleep.

I dreamed about Alex.  He is always there.  In my dreams, in reality.  No matter what, Alex is going to be there no matter how hard I try to not think about him.

I woke up and looked at the clock.  It was 3 p.m. Crap.  I missed training.  I walked out of my room and stepped on something.  I looked down to find a bouquet of roses with a note.

The note read.....

I am so sorry for what I did.  I know that you must be hurting.  Just please let me explain.

That made me cry some more.  I dropped the note then ran.  I ran all the way to my secret spot.  I just layed there for what felt like hours.  i eventually made my way back to the pack house.  There was no one around so I decided to make me some tea.  This tea is supposed to help me so to sleep. Instead, it just made me cry some more.  

I went up to my room and watched more sad and depressing movies.  I miss Alex.  My wolf does too.  But I have to stay strong.  He needs to know what it feels like to feel alone for a while.  It may sound cruel, but I have to do it.

I will forver love him though.  Kelly knows that.  She will forever love Philip too.  I have never felt so alone in my life.  I hate this feeling.  I have never hurt this bad since my mother passed away.  Even though I barely knew her, I still know that I loved her deeply and that I cried for a long time. This is just as bad.  My heart is being torn apart.  I piece is being taken away everyday.  

I need Alex.  But I will never tell him that.  At least not right now.
