*Flyer's POV*
"Flyer! You have been Chosen!" the lady says calmly into the microphone. What?! Was I Chosen? How? This is..... well.... it was different, to say the least. The man then walks to the microphone and says just as calmly as the lady,
"Antorn! You have been Chosen!" No way. No. Not Antorn. Why Antorn of all people? He's stupid and I hate him!
"Flyer Hu! Antorn Situ! You have been Chosen! Come up to the stage and receive your badges of honor!" Nyco yells into the microphone. She walks slowly through the throng of people until she reaches the stage. Nyco waits for Antorn to get onto the stage too before he starts his speech about honor and dignity and all that good crap. The crowd watches with rapt attention, as does Antorn, but not Flyer. It was essentially the same speech given every 8 years anyway. She was just waiting to be escorted into her new life as one of the Chosens. I wonder who my trainer will be? I hope whoever it's gonna be won't be boring like Nyco. "Without further ado, our two Choosers will escort our Chosens to the landing bay!" The lady, Reina, walks to Flyer and walks with her to the landing bay. Damiyen walks Antorn to another door once inside, and Flyer and Reina walk to an unmarked door. Reina all but shoves Flyer inside, and then she locked up the door.
"Hey! Lady! What am I supposed to do now?! Let me out! I demand as a Chosen to be let out of this room!" Flyer screams at the door. Suddenly, the room lurched. "Woah! Are you trying to kill me?! Let me out AT ONCE!" the room vibrates, then with a sickening motion it moves.
*Time Skip*
The door finally opened after what seemed like days. Flyer groaned as she finally walked out. Where am I? The place looked different from what she remembered. A similar door opened, and out stepped Antorn. He looked pretty rough from the trip, and Flyer probably wasn't much better, to be honest. Damiyen and Reina walk over to them and once again escort them to different doors. Again, Reina shoves Flyer into a room, but this room was different. This room looked like a place where someone would live. With a shock, Flyer realized that this was going to be her room. She walked over to the bathroom and decided to wash up.
*Time Skip, cuz no one cares about cleaning up after a trip*
Flyer walked to the door, in nice clothes, and opened the door. She peeked outside, and seeing no one, she decided to explore.
