*Mirah's POV*
She would be coming soon. Reina was quite punctual, after the Incident. After much persuasion, Mirah had been able to become Flyer's trainer, so now she was waiting for the new Tyto alba to arrive. She had been able to secure Sylas as Antorn's trainer as well. With any luck, these two would be the new blood the Order needed. The truth was, the Order was getting corrupt. Their ideas were getting worse and worse. In fact, there wasn't really a need for the Order anymore, and she had heard of unprovoked attacks on remote villages, for sport. For sport! The Order needed new leaders, thinkers, and idealists. The door opened, and there stood the owl girl. Flyer was wearing red-purple glasses, a black jacket with sleeves tailored for her wings, and loose pants. She didn't need the glasses, which made it weird that she was wearing them until Mirah noticed that the glasses didn't have lenses. She was wearing gauntlet-like shoes made out of leather or some other material like that. Mirah stood up and said,
"Hello, Flyer. I'm your trainer, Mirah."
*Sylas's POV*
Sylas waited as patiently as he could. Being a coyote came with its pros and cons, just like all the other hybrids. Being a coyote, he was constantly watching for all the different exits and hiding places, just in case of an ambush. He had a special collar. It was a black silver color, with blue veins. It had his code on it. " Canis latrans Sylas" it had been given to him when he first became a hybrid, 24 years ago. Of course, it didn't feel like 24 years. Hybrids perceived time differently, after all. Being genetically different would do that to any living thing. Sylas heard two pairs of footsteps coming towards the room. He readied himself for his meeting with his first apprentice. The door swung slowly open, and a teen boy walked. Antorn was wearing a jacket, hiding his ears, his black hair sticking out from under the hood. The jacket itself was dark navy blue and was unzipped, showing the collar around his neck. The collar was black with the words "Canis lupus Antorn" on it. Antorn had his hands inside the pockets of his jacket, trying to act nonchalant, but Sylas noticed how tense his muscles were, betraying how nervous he actually was. Antorn was wearing loose jeans, with a hole in it for his tail. He was wearing sneakers as well. Sylas stood up and said,
"Hello, Antorn. I'm your trainer, Sylas."
