Meeting Them

Today there's an assembly, but i have no idea why, there's also a 'special guest' normally the special guests aren't that interesting cuz none of us have heard of them. So we're on our way to the auditorium, i can hear music... but not like videos like usual, as though someone's actually there... 

Caitlin- do you hear that?

We look at each other wide eyed, could this be? the day we're finally right about our special guest? We get to the door and I look at the stage and I see, Jacob Sartorius, Carson Lueders, and Johnny Orlando. Me and Caitlin are the front of the line so we have to sit in the front....  we're front and center! We get to the seats and i'm too excited to sit, they look at me and smile, so then I sit so I don't like... faint. I fainted anyway. So it's been 10 minutes, and i was out the whole time, now they start announcements because everyone's seated and i finally woke up, THEY WAITED FOR ME TO WAKE UP!!

Jacob- Okay, so then everyone's seated and quiet, and *looks around* nobody is unconscious, *pauses to look at me* anymore.. So let's get started with why we're here.

Carson- we're here to choose volunteers of 10 people to sing on this stage, we'll keep explaining more as we go, one lucky person will get to sing with us!

Johnny- well, they'll also get to have their OWN song, so if your someone who has songs written but haven't gotten to find music or record it right, you'll wanna try.

Jacob- so let's get some volunteers, first, the 8th graders, the three of us will each choose one 8th grader to come up here.

Me and, 5 others raised our hands.

Jacob- first, this girl right here *points at me*

Me- *stands up point to myself questioning* Me?

Jacob- yep, you! now come on up here!

I run up to the stage and he tells me to sit on the edge so i do. Then Carson chooses Trent, and Johnny Chooses Hailey. 

Carson- Now, 7th graders.

Johnny- remember, each of the 3 of us will choose one person from each grade and you have to stand by the person who chose you so we can make sure we have 3 people from each grade.

Carson- which considering there are four grades.... we'll have a little over 10 people.

Me- *mumbles* makes sense... considering that 10/4 is 2.5

Jacob- *looks at me* what did you say?

Me-*looks up in fear* n-nothing, just thinking out loud.

Jacob- oh, okay.

Then he chooses Amelia, Carson chooses Emma, and Johnny chooses Natalie.

Natalie-*looks at her friend* thanks a lot! *looks at them* i wasn't raising my hand.. she grabbed my arm and made it look like i was volunteering.

Me- come one Natalie you got picked, and your amazing!

Johnny-*looks at me in shock* you've heard her?

Me- she stood next to me in choir, so yes i have.

Natalie- fine!

Then they choose sixth and fifth graders, i don't know many fifth and sixth graders so...........

Carson- okay, so now, each of you are going to sing something.

Jacob- me and the other 2 will judge our people, first, if i chose you then you must stand up one at a time and sing, we'll say who's best.

Carson- first, Jacob's eight grader..

Me-*gulps and stands up walking towards where they said to stand*  that would be me...
