The One With The One For Me

Olivia's POV

I was sitting at the lunch table, wondering why Neil turned me down. This was the first boy I ever liked, excluding Anthony and my other guy friends, and he turned me down.

"Livy, are you okay?" Anthony asked. I shook my head, trying to hide my tears. He saw that I was crying and gave me a hug. "What happened?"

"I asked out Neil and he said no," I said. I never saw the anger and relief on Anthony's face.

"It's his loss Livy. You are a great girl. Smart, beautiful, kind," Anthony said making me blush. Katy came running over to me with Courtney.

"Liv, come here!" Courtney said grabbing my arm. The girls dragged me away from Anthony, which made me sad.

The next day I saw Neil outside of the school. He had a black eye and a bloody nose. Apart of me was upset he was hurt, but the other part was happy that he got hurt as much as he hurt me. Anthony walked up to me.

"Hey Olivia, what's going on?" He asked. I smiled a little.

"Someone beat the crap out of Neil," I said. Anthony smiled.

"Looks like he got what he dissevered," Anthony said. I looked at him. His hand was cut and bruised.

"What happened Ant?" I asked. He looked at his hand and tried to cover it up.

"I fell and my hand hit the ground," He said. I smiled.

"Well, I'm gonna have to thank whoever beat up Neil. To bad I will never know who did it," I said walking away with a smile.

At that moment, I knew that Anthony was the one for me.

Courtney's POV

I was sitting in my desk next to Olivia and Katy when a boy came over. He sat down in Nina's desk.

"Hey ladies," He said. Katy continued to eat her sandwich. Olivia looked up and smiled. I looked at him confused.

"Hi! I'm Olivia!" Olivia said to him waving. He looked at me and smiled. I found myself blushing.

"Nice to meet you Olivia, I'm Shayne," He said, glancing over at me.

"I'm Courtney." His smiled got even bigger. Shayne looked at Katy. She looked up.

"What do you want Shayne?" Katy asked going back to looking at her lunch.

"My friend wanted to know if you'd date him," Shayne said. Katy looked up at him and laughed.

"If he can't come up here and ask me himself, then no!" Katy said getting up and walking over to the teacher.

"It's fifth grade, she isn't going to start dating yet," I told Shayne. He nodded.

"What about you?" He asked with a smile. I blushed.

"Uh, I don't know," I said. Shayne looked over at his friends and got up.

"I'll see you later Court," He said winking. I blushed and ate my lunch.

At that moment, I knew Shayne was the one for me.

Shayne's POV

At that moment, I knew Courtney was the one for me.

I walked over to my table with a smile.

"How'd it go?" Wes asked.

"She said no," I said looking at Ian. He nodded.

"Well why are you smiling?" Shayla asked with a smirk. My face went red.

"Well, Court is pretty cool," I said. Shayla smiled at me.

"How cute!" She said with a smile. I turned red even more.

"You have to ask her out!" Wes said.

"Dude!" I said smacking his arm. "I like just met her!" He shrugged and nodded.

Ian's POV

I walked out of the classroom for recess. My friends followed me. I wasn't watching where I was going and I ran into Katy.

"I'm so sorry Katy!" I said helping her up. She started to cry. A teacher ran over to us.

"What happened?" The teacher asked.

"We ran into each other," I told the teacher. The teacher looked at her.

"Okay, I see what happened. Her arm is broken, and her knees are cut," the teacher said picking her up. I followed them inside. We went to the office.

"What happened?" The principle asked running over.

"She broke her arm," the teacher said.

"I'm really sorry Katy!" I said. She was still crying. Soon the nurse ran into the office.

"Let's take her to the hospital," The nurse said taking Katy out of the teachers hands.

"Can I come?" I asked. The nurse nodded and we went to the hospital.

At that moment, I didn't know it, but Katy was the one for me.
