All Because of a Trip

Chapter Five- Mother......

I went to the closed curtains and stoked my hands oh them. Silky and smooth.

I put both my hands on each curtain and opened them wide, revealing the sun's light from behind the clouds. It that wasn't the only thing that pleased me, I found out that the window was a glass door to a balcony to the backyard of the hotel.

I see a swimming pool, a cocktail bar, and a picnic area surround by an army of Palm trees.

I knew that, from this day, this was going to be a memorable trip.

*Beep Beep, New Message From.. Moom*

Oh, right. I haven't replied to my mum. And my phone just chooses to be an idiot to just me and pronounce my contact names wrong.

I picked up my phone and checked the message from my mum.

From Mum: "AYLA!! Why haven't you replied yet?? Are you dead?! Take a picture if the view from your window and a picture of everything in you room, and a picture of-"

I'm not gonna tell you the rest otherwise you're probably die of boredom.

So instead of replying to everything my mum said, I just take a picture of the view from the window and the view of the bedroom from the door. Great. That should do it. And send!

*Beep Beep, New Message From Moom*

Really? Did those two pictures not satisfy her? Okay what did she say?

From Mum: "Wooooooah! Awesome room gal! Now go outside and take a picture of the hotel."

Awesome? Gal? Really mum? Now I have to go right back downstairs which will forever just to take a picture??!

Okay, I love my mum with all my heart but I'm just gonna search up the hotel name and send that to her.

And send!

*Beep Beep, New Message From Moom.*

Does this woman get the text messages I'm gonna send before I even send them??

From Mum: "Pffft! You are lucky!! Now go to the local town centre there and take a picture of the stores! And while you're at it buy us presents!"

.... So reader, do you think I'm gonna do whatever my mum tells me to do? Well, N- okay not all the time lets say..... But this time she's being a rash in the rear end and it's annoying. Yep, she's that... Wait what.....

Oh wait! I got an amazing idea! I'll just search up town centre images and just send. Genius Ayla ;)

From Mum: "Good girl, now buy me a sophisticated necklace. And buy your dad new pyjamas, a new tie and a man perfume."

Oh God, please save me from this woman, please make her lose her phone. DX

Oh wait! Just remembered something!

To Mum: "Mum... I haven't got any Dubai money yet... I was told that Aunty was bringing it to me tomorrow so can't buy anything for now. And please don't text me for the rest of the day. I'm tired from the travelling and I need a nap."

*Beep Beep, New Message From Moom.*

Wha- How-Why-Aargh Motherrr!!

From Mum: "DID YOU NOT SLEEP ON THE PLANE?!"

To Mum: "No Mum, I turned into Spider-Man mode and danced on top of the plane screaming 'YOLO!'.."

From Mum: "YOU WHAT?!"

To Mum: "Oh. My. God. Mum OF COURSE I SLEPT ON THE PLANE! I was being sarcastic."

From Mum: "Good Girl."

From Mum: "Now, remember: Tomorrow you get up and go to town. You have breakfast there then buy our presents."

From Mum: "If you forget what to buy, look over our tests and you'll see what we want."

HOW DOES THIS WOMAN HAVE ENOUGH CREDIT?!

To Mum: "Mum, this is a vacation I want to enjoy. Not looking at your infinite texts about what you want. Hope you understand, I'm gonna take a nap now. Love you mum xx"

From Mum: "Okay dear. I'm very sorry. Enjoy your vacation. Love you too."

OMG PRAISE THE LORD FINALLY!!!!

I opened my suitcase, seeing that my clothes were neatly piled and my shoes were stacked properly.

I took out my shoes and placed them in my wardrobe- which has a shoe rack?! How did they know....

Afterwards I then hung only a few of my jackets, dresses and tops in the wardrobe as well, leaving out my other clothes. I mean, I'm not gonna live here forever. I'm just putting up the clothes I'm most likely to wear... Or my favourite clothes.

*sigh* That's done. Now I'm going to actually take a nap. I admit, I am a but drowsy from the travelling... Even though I slept in the night and afternoon on the plane, and in the taxi but I love sleep so.... Yeah.

I took off my cardigan and laid down on the bed, forgetting all about my problems, and quickly drifted off into a... 20-30 minute nap lets say.. XD
