"1 year later"

1 year later...
Tessa's POV:
So it's been one year since I moved out of the team 10 house. It was great to get a break from all the drama and I was glad to live a once normal life again. Jake and I or any of the team 10 members haven't gotten in contact with each other since I moved out.

Flashback..
Jake: "I love you Tessa, so fucking much, never forget that and I promise as soon as your ready I'm coming back for you, I love you" he said with a tear streaming down his cheek.

Tessa: "I love you too jake but I just need a break and I really need to be here for my mom right now, she's hurting just as much as I am and I hate having to see her like this"

Jake: "the feeling's mutual"

Tessa: "bye jake, I love you" I said as I reached in for a hug

Jake: "bye Tessa, I love you too" He replied , we were still hugging and that was the most passionate hug I had ever given to someone.

Tessa: "jake wait..thank you, for always being here for me, once again I love you" I said as he turned his back to walk away.

Jake: *he turned back around and hugged me* "you never have to thank me Tessa, I'd do it over 1 billion times if I had too"

Tessa: "wow that a lotta times" I said smiling, trying to look strong even though I wasn't.

From that day on, I never heard form any of them and I know what your thinking "wow they're bad friends" no..they're not, it was my fault why I haven't heard from them, I changed my phone number and I logged off of all social media accounts, including emails. So they had no way to get in contact with me and I'm pretty sure they must've tried. This year has been the hardest and worst year of my 18 years on earth. I just want it all to be another dream..but it isn't.

3 weeks later...
Tessa's mom: "hey Tessa, may I come in?" She asked as she knocked gently on my door.

Tessa: "sure"

mom: "so Hun, jake called earlier on today"

Tessa: "umm...okay.." I said trying not to care but I really did.

mom: "Tessa, I know you want to go back to LA and jake does too and I'm willing to sacrifice my opinions for my baby to be happy"

Tessa: "really mom?"

mom: "yes, so what do you say? Do you wanna go back?"

Tessa: "of course I wanna go back mom but I'm worried about you" I said concerned

mom: "Tessa, I'll be fine don't worry about me"

Tessa: "you sure mom?"

mom: "yes positive and I think it's about time you made the move"

Tessa: "thanks mom" I said smiling cheek to cheek.

mom: "get packed, ill be at work for the entire week, tonight is the only spare time I have to drop you off"

Tessa: "thanks mom" I said tearing up.

At the team 10 house...
mom: "okay baby, bye I love you and don't forget to make right choices" she said kissing my cheek goodbye.

Tessa: "bye mom and I will"

I knocked on the door. I felt so nervous and I don't know why. This was my first time in a year talking to any of them. I was scared. Jake opened the door.

Jake: "oh my god Tessa! You made it!" He shouted excitedly, picking me up and spinning me around.

Tessa: "yup I did, I missed you guys so much!"I exclaimed.

Jake: "um..Lexi this is Tessa, Tessa..Lexi"

Tessa: "nice to meet you I said hugging a random girl who is apparently a new team 10 member.

Jake: "so Tessa um..Lexi is the new team 10 member and she is also my girlfriend" he said scratching the back of his neck.

Tessa: "yes! More girl power in the house!" I said excitedly.

Jake: "go on up Tess, your room is still waiting there for you, we haven't moved a thing" he said grinning.

Jake's POV:
After Tessa left, I was depressed, I felt like she was the one, the one who understood my every life situations but a couple of months later I met Lexi but who am I kidding she's obviously no Tessa, Tessa's a one of a kind girl, she's unique in her own way and that's what I love about her the most. When opened the door I wanted to jump and fangirl over her but I think I played it off pretty cool. I later on in that day explained to Lexi that Tessa and I were bestfriends and how much fun we used to have together, she looked a bit jealous but i think it was all just in my head, Lexi's not the type of girl to get jealous over shit like that.

1 month later...
Tessa's POV:
So jake and I went back to being bestfriends as usual but it wasn't the same, I told him that we had to stop our sleepovers and he looked disappointed but we had to stop them, he had a girlfriend and I tried to be happy for them, I didn't want to get in their way, besides Lexi is now an Erika to me but ya know no one can take place of Erika, Erika and I also went back to being bestfriends. I couldn't believe it I had just hit 2 million subs on YouTube, I was excited as fuck and I think I showed it a bit too much. When jake found out he hugged me really tight and told me he was proud of me. During that hug I could tell that he was a bit tense as Lexi stood right beside him, I didn't want to let go but it was getting awkward when Lexi was staring at us so I pulled away from the hug.

Jake's POV:
Tessa had just hit 2 million subs on YouTube and I honestly felt like a proud father, I mean she deserves it all, after all the shit she put up with, she pushed and pushed her self and started to post again and she accomplished goals, It lit me up inside seeing her so happy, it's been awhile since I've seen her like this. Of course I hugged her and it was a passionate hug like I gave her the last day in Fresno. I don't know why but those hugs only happens when I hug Tessa and I loved it, I began to feel her tensing up and I started tensing up from her tension, I didn't want her to let go but she did.
