"Feelings Don't Come and Go"

Tessa's POV:
So Ray confronted me about the whole "cheating" incident when he got back home from Hawaii. We sat down at his place and I explained to him. He said that if I was drunk it wasn't my fault, he also added that he was sorry and if I would take him back. I said Yes. He dropped me back off at the Team 10 house and I entered with a smile on my face.

Erika: "well someone looks really happy" she said smiling.

Tessa: "Ray and I got back together" I informed her.

Erika: "oh my god that's so great, but you know I'll always prefer #jessa" she said

I laughed and we walked into the kitchen to find Jake with a plate of food in front of him but his head laying down on the counter.

Tessa: "you alright Jake?" I asked him concerned

He got up, dashed his plate on the floor, gave me a dirty look and walked up stairs locking himself in his room.

Erika: "I think he heard"

Tessa: "yup, he did"

Erika: "well what are you gonna do?"

Tessa: "I don't know but I'm worried about him"

Erika: "why?"

Tessa: "it's a secret, I don't know if he wants you to know"

Erika: "oh okay, jessa be keeping secrets" she chuckled and walked off into her room.

I felt really worried about Jake because he had locked himself in his room and I knew he had a rough past with all the cutting and so on. I banged on his door loudly screaming "Jake let me in!" He opened the door softly and says undertone, "you could've just knocked.." he was pissed. I could tell by just the time in his voice.

Jake: "what do you really want from me!"

Tessa: "I want to make sure your alright"

Jake :"well I'm not okay Tessa! Clearly I'm not!" He said sitting on his bed placing his head in his hands.

Tessa: "why?"

Jake: "did you just really ask that? Are you blind?! I'm in love with you and you don't take notice to it at all! I'm over here trying to win you back, trying to make you mine again and your having fancy dates with Ray all over the city which pisses me the fuck off!" He yelled.

Tessa: l"you didn't tell me you felt this way.."

Jake: "yes Tessa, I did" he said lowering his voice

Tessa: "what? When?" I asked confused

Jake: "the night we hooked up at the party, I told you that I was still in love with you" he said breathing heavily.

Tessa: "you can't blame that on me jake I was drunk"

Jake: "I was too but yet I still remembered those word which I told you because ie any you so badly, I want to be able to call you mine again, I just want things to go back to how they were before, just us"

Tessa: "I'm always gonna be yours Jake and since when it stopped being us?"

Jake: " do does this mean you'll take me back?"

Tessa: "I can't"

Jake: "why? You told me that you weren't in love with him" he stressed

Tessa: "I lied jake, I lied to protect your feelings, I was secretly dying inside to protect you and your feelings"

Jake: "can you give some time on my own" he said pointing to the door.

I nodded and went downstairs sitting on the couch thinking things through. I heard a door opened I peeped and it was Erika signalling me to come into her room. I went into her room sand she began...

Erika: "what was that all about, I heard yelling"

Tessa: "jake...he wants me back but I'm happy with Ray and I love him"

Erika: "do you Tess?"

Tessa: "with all my heart"

Erika: "Tessa as much as I love and respect you, I refuse to believe that. You're clearly in love with jake, stop lying to yourself, your saying what you think you should and not how you really feel"

Tessa: "I had feelings for him but it's gonna now, I'm in love with Ray"

Erika: "feelings don't just come and go so easily Tessa, you two hooked up at Nick's party and the way you two look at each other is like no one else on this planet exists except both of you"

Tessa: "I need some space" I said getting frustrated.

I went up to my room, took a shower and threw on some shorts and a jake paul merch hoodie. I layed on my bed thinking over what Erika had said to me. Did I still have feelings for jake? I questioned myself over and over again. Until I came up with an answer and conclusion to that question...
