Kayleigh was passed around to everyone add least three times
I got picture of each of the guys holding her then with the wives
I posted them

Everyone left and it was just us three, Dylan went home with Doogie and Nicole for the night so that Porter could stay with us. Dylan was thrilled he was staying over there
Uncle Doogie makes the best pancakes he told us
I laughed you do Doogie  I might have to come over for breakfast
He laughed and said anytime
April ran home for us to grab a couple of things , I need my insulin my sugar levels have been crazy the past week or so . With passing out a few days ago I needed to make sure I kept track of what I ate and how much insulin I needed

It was just the three of us
Kayleigh never left our arms at all she was with one of us for most of the night
After her feeding at 1 am I put her in the bassinet so I could get some sleep , Porter had pulled the sofa into a bed it wasn't the biggest or the most comfortable to sleep in but I did fall asleep for a couple hours
Kayleigh was up at 6:30 wanting to be feed and changed Porter got up with her told me to sleep a little longer
I didn't I just laid  there listening to them.
About 9:30 I got s text from Doogie asking if we were up
Yes
Okay come down to the parking lot I need to instal the car seat
What Doogie y'all didn't
Yes we did and I need to install the base
Alright I'll be down in a few
Porter , Doogie and Nicole bought a car seat
He smiled they did
Yes he needs to install it
Here you take Kayleigh I'll go down he said

He handed me her and left
I snuggled with Kayleigh until both Porter and Doogie came back
Doogie took her from me saying he need some snuggles

You are so welcome honey , now when you get home there is a whole bunch of stuff
The crib is done , sheets are on it . April told me about the dresser , I got that at the house to work on , everyone is getting diapers , bottles, oh we need to know what kind of formula she is on

Oh her going home outfit is coming her uncle Mike and Aunt Jen are getting that
I started to tear up
You guys are so wonderful

Not until after 1 she has to see the pediatrician again, he was concerned about her feeding since she has Down syndrome

Well she will have a lot of support from all of us
I smiled at that
Don't worry mama we will all help raise her
Thank you Doogie I'd hug you but I think Kayleigh would be squished
Ha ha yes she would be
He stayed a while he even fed her her bottle and burped her
She let out a huge burp again
Wow little one where did that come from he asked her
Ha ha she has a great talent in burping
She had fallen back asleep in his arms
Porter fell asleep too
Poor guy he's been on the road for a month and needs his rest
Well let me get back home to work on the dresser he handed me Kayleigh he kissed her head

Uncle Mike and Aunt Jen came by and brought her going home outfit which was just plain adorable a little dress with leggings and these cute little shoes and a hair bow
Did I mention she has a head full of dark brown hair and those green eyes just sparkle
We got her dressed and took her picture with Jen and Mike

The doctor came in when Mike and Jen were there , he did his exam of Kayleigh again
Went over the results of the blood tests and what to expect with having a Down Syndrome child he was very supportive of the fact we adopted her . He also said she has Some of the most beautiful eyes
We all said yes she does at the same time
The doctor left
So we gathered up everything and were released to go home
Let the adventure start I said
Mike rode in the wheelchair with her his arms
I laughed
Porter pushed him down the hallway to the elevator and we all went down
Porter brought the truck around
Mike handed her to Porter and said you do the honors of buckling her up

Hugs were given and we left

Arriving home Porter brought the car seat in since she was asleep no need to wake her up
We walked in and there was so many gifts in the living room and in her room I was speechless
There was a swing in the living room
A bassinet , bath supplies, towels even a little rubber duckie
And oh my the clothes

Thank you My TWC Family for all the gifts for Kayleigh and Chasey thanks for the whiskey I'll hold on to that until she is old enough .... maybe

We got settled in Nana and Pa came by to give her some clothes and more diapers
Doogie and Nicole brought Dylan home
He was impressed with the things Kayleigh got
Before we came home we stoped at the store to get a few things for Dylan
Hey D , go look in your room
He took off to his room
He squealed with delight , he came back into the living room
