Gabe's P.O.V.

I finally found Hunter in class... sitting where he always sits... near me. Had he been there the whole time? Welp... im ready to tell him. Welp.... Here we go....someone please help me the fuck out here.

"uhhhh.... hey...." i said.". Uhhhh... sorry for running out of your house the other day, i just got overwhelmed."

No answer.

"i um, i brought you some pizza for, you know, payback...i guess."

"i don't want it."

"C'mon dude, don't be like that."

"Says the one who ran out on me after i told you something really personal and that means a lot to me."

"Well fucking SORRY if im not used to having friends, nevermind having a HYBRID friend... Its really fucking shocking if you didn't know."

"Okay... You know what, I'm not gonna try to fight with you, okay? You don't understand how I could feel in the situation that I'm currently in. So I'm just gonna stop talking. You don't understand the mental abuse that I'm dealing with at the moment so..."

I stopped him there. I didn't care that we were in class. He needed to be put the fuck in his place. That crossed the fucking line. I was gonna explode.

"FUCKING WHAT?" everyone in the classroom stopped what they were doing and payed attention to the psychopath yelling in the middle of a lesson about graphing polynomials.

"Gabe what the fuck we're in cla..."

"I DON'T FUCKING CARE HUNTER, I REALLY DON'T! YOU LITERALLY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME OKAY? YOU LITERALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENS TO ME WHEN YOU AREN'T AROUND!"

"BECAUSE YOU DON'T TELL ME!"

"OH SO SUDDENLY I HAVE TO TELL YOU EVERYTHING? YOU AREN'T MY NIGGA HUNTER!"

"JUST SHUT UP!"

In less than a couple of seconds the floor began to shake and stuff started to fall over. Waves of reddish-black light started emitting from Hunters body. Everyone in the room was frozen by the light except me. Everything started to float off of the ground and quiver. All I could hear were the whispers of people around me. Were those SOULS?

"HUNTER CALM DOWN!" I yelled. It didn't look like he could hear me. The whispers were ironically loud.

"HUNTER PLEASE!" still no response. I finally got a good glimpse of him through all of the madness. His once beautiful hazel-grey eyes were completely black. His perfect smile was now a sinister and insidious frown, as if his heart were made of glass and someone had shattered it with a hammer. His skin was covered in black lines and pathways of what looked like his veins. His hands were out and open by his sides raised up to signify that he was controlling everything happening. His gorgeous hair was floating a little off of his head. He's lost.... he needs me right now. I need him...

I started walking closer to him, which was pretty fucking hard considering the current events taking place. His power was pushing me away from him. No, I can do this. I need to do this. I keep pushing against the force to get to him, getting progressively more tired and weak. What's happening to me. Don't stop now. You're almost there.

I got him!
Is that bad or good?

"HUNTER, STOP, PLEASE!"

He was screaming, but it was an abnormal scream. Something I can only describe as something straight out of... hell. I heard Hunters voice, but terrifyingly, with almost five more voices. The chaos was getting worse. Things started to fly across the room and shatter. I pulled myself up to Hunter and hugged his torso where my head was. It was all I could reach on him since he was flying. I clutched onto his sweater and held on as thought if I were to let go, we would both die.

"HUNTER, STOP NOW!" that was enough to make him look down at me through his blackened eyes. They were so cold. My life was being drained out of me. He pulled me up with his hand on my neck and just stared at me.

"HUNTER YOU NEED TO STOP"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

"HUNTER?!"

In that second I don't know what came through my mind. I was so scared and so sad and mad that what I did is beyond crazy.

"HUNTER....I.....I L-LOVE YOU..."

I grabbed him by the face... It was freezing... His lips were cobalt blue and his face was extremely pale grey. I looked straight in his eyes and pulled his face to mine and smashed my lips into his. It was amazing and yet terrifying at the same time. I could feel his face and lips get warmer. I didn't stop. I was so weak that I knew if I stopped then I would pass out. I felt liquid drip on my head. It was Hunters blood. He was bleeding from the head, and crying blood. I knew I had to stop at this point. I let go and I was standing up with Hunter in the middle of the classroom where everyone was starting to unfreeze. Everything that was once floating in the air fell to the floor, some stuff breaking. I looked in Hunters direction and he looked puzzled and lost and he didn't look like he knew what happened. He looked at me and smiled. I smiled back.

"Did you mean that" Hunter asked, still blood trickling down his eyes.

"Hunte...."

I fell to the ground and everything started to get hazy. I was so weak. I'm so tired... I need to sleep for a little bit.

"GABE?!?!"

Then everything went black...

HEYYYYY!!! Sorry for not updating in a while. I'm going through shit rn but  I will hopefully be updating more frequently from now on...
