Now That You Know Us

Confused

The movie was scheduled to be at least 2 1/2 hours long, so I went up to the food counter to get something to eat during that time. Hunter trailed behind me as I walked up to the popcorn and candy lines first. He snickered.

"Of course you would go and get something that would give you diabetes before you get something else." he scoffed, smiling. I punched his arm. The man from the counter came to us.

"Hello kind sirs. What would you like?" he asked in a jolly ass voice. I found it kind of disturbing. But I continued.

"Two large popcorns. One with EXTRA EXTRA butter and the other with M&M's, Twislers, and AirHead Bites mixed into it." I said.

"Wow sir." he laughed. "You sure do like to be specified."

"Yeah. It's just that.." I looked back at Hunter. "He's my date, and to make this day go perfectly, I needed to know what kind of stuff he likes. He likes to have his popcorn like that because he likes to be surprised whenever he goes to eat it." I looked back again. He looked kind of shocked and yet happy at the same time because I knew what he wanted. Then I turned back to the man.

"Ohhhh. I see. Well alright then. We'll just have to get you two cuties what you want. And some free drinks too? Maybe some free cinnamon sticks with frosting?" he smiled. I was gonna tell him that he doesn't need to do that, but then he went and got the popcorn and put everything in it already. I smiled.

"What kind of drinks?" he asked with a beaming grin.

"One Coke and one Fanta Orange." I said. He nodded and went to go get the drinks. He brought us our sodas and our cinnamon sticks.

"I'm gonna only charge you guys for the popcorn so that the total doesn't come up to $37.93." I smiled in return and whispered "thank you." he nodded.

"$15.50." I gave him my TD bank card and he swiped it.

"Thank you fine gentlemen and enjoy your movie." he said as we walked toward the hot foods.

"Thank you too!" I said. "Hunter, can you get us two orders of fries and a burger?" I asked. "Im gonna go find us some seats." he nodded. I gave him my card but he gave it back.

"You already payed about $45 dollars on me today. I got this one." I smiled and walked in the other direction to the theatre where we we supposed to be. I showed the guy my ticket and he let me in. I walked up to one of the middle rows so that we weren't too far, but not too close. Then I sat in the dead middle of the middle row of the room. Not long after I sat down did I see Hunter come in with all of our food. I waved him down and he came to me and sat down. I grabbed my food as did he and we placed the pizza on my lap and reclined the seats.

"So... Date?" he smirked.

"Shut up." i scolded.

"Why did you say that?"

"I don't know. I just though he would be nicer if I told him that." I said.

"Mhm. Or you're catching a case of the Hunters." he said, flexing.

"Hunter, remember what I said. Just friends." I said.

"Oh shut up. I was joking. Friends fuck with each other like that." he quipped.

"Yeah. Guess you're sort of right." i smiled. Then the movie started.

Okay so... I'm gonna do some shit that i haven't done before (and will probably never do again), and that is *drum roll*: Time Lapses. Yay.

(cries himself to sleep every night because of how much he regrets his life choices)

20 minutes in: I sneezed and so did Hunter, making him drop his pizza.
