Masquerade pt.2

I screamed under water because I couldn't breath. I screamed because I was scared. I screamed because...

Because I can't swim...

I opened my eyes and everything was a blur because my contacts fell out in the water. I tried to frantically kick my way back up to the surface but it was no use. I started to lose the oxygen in my lungs, making everything even blurrier than it was originally. The frigid temperatures of the water were making matters even worse.

Ugh... I hated Hunter. Why did he have to come back into my life? What the fuck is wrong with him? What's wrong with ME? everything was so easy without him here. And now that he is here, everything is so vague and confusing. I'm gonna make him pay. If its the last thing I fucking do. I'm gonna...

Then I looked down at my hands and the black mass from before started to cover my arm. I tried to fight it off. I started to claw at my skin in hopes that the thing would detach itself. But it was no use. I never wanted to feel like this again. It was horrible. It was evil. I could feel it seeping into my heart and veins and crawl up my neck. I was scared. But then, I was angry. Livid. I wanted so badly for Hunter to feel pain that I didn't care what the thing did. I let it take over. I opened my eyes and again, saw myself at different angles. I realized that I could breathe. I was covered in the mass from my feet to my neck and jaw, extending up to the bottoms of my eyes. My eyes weren't red this time. They were a glassy hollow blue with a gold lining. I started to bleed again, only a lot worse. The blood was so visible that I knew the others got scared when they saw it. But I didn't care. I was so mad. I wanted to kill everything in my fucking path.

Then I saw someone jump in from above. They were surprisingly fast. Then I realized who it was.... Hunter....

He looked at me with a concerned look, which faded into a blank, colorless expression. He floated right in front of me and I stared at him. He stared at me. He seemed really scared. I seemed to him, very amused.

"Gabe..." he said, voice even clearer than when we weren't 10ft deep in water. "Gabe... I knew it was you... The entire time."

"...." my silence scared even me.

"Gabe I..."

"...you WHAT?!?!" I screamed, making the entire lake vibrate. I grabbed him by the neck and threw him as far down through the water as he could go until he hit the ground. I heard a thud at the bottom of the deep lake and blasted myself to where he was. There he was, laying in a crater that I created by the force of the throw.

He opened his eyes and looked at me with a bloody nose and breathed in some water.
"Calm down Gabe... Please... I don't wanna hu..." I put my foot on his throat and started to push down.

"You already did!" I yelled. We were about 25ft deep, yet I was pretty sure Mitchell and Gavin could here me.

"Gabe, last chance." he said angrily.

"You..." I pushed harder. "You're the one who DID THIS TO ME!!". We were completely submerged in water. And yet everything moved as if we were in space, and we defied the laws of gravity to some extent. I grabbed him by the side of his neck putting extreme pressure on his pressure point and looked him dead in the eyes.

"You deserve this... For turning me into THIS!" then I started to spin around rapidly and faster and faster until I, I'm pretty sure, made a whirlpool, and threw him into the ground again. He lay there. Not moving. I was aware of everything happening, but I had no control over it. I went toward him to finish what I started, when he opened his eyes unexpectedly, pupils dilating, and him grabbing me and throwing me so far into the lake that I hit the wall that I fell off of. And, as if intuitively knowing, he appeared right in front of me and threw me into the floor, 20 times harder than I did to him, so that the crater i made for him looked like a a small puzzle piece of a 1000 piece set. Then he came up to me as I was on the floor.
