Five words that made my heart sink.
"Katie, I ...."
"Luke honey honestly I'm ok. We can talk about it later" she said
"Ok"
We walked down the aisle and headed outside and we got our pictures taken.
I had arranged for all the family to have dinner at a local restaurant and then we were heading off to Sacramento for a few days and then back to the cabin for a few days.
We had a fantastic time at the reception dinner was fantastic and it was now time for us to head home and get ready to leave in the morning. Mama was looking after the kids while we where away which was good. Just me and Katie time.
"Baby can we talk" I asked
"Ok baby, let's say goodnight to everyone first though"
We said our goodbyes and headed upstairs.
We got into the room and I said to her
"Baby I was going to tell you I promise"
I said
"Luke baby, it's ok."
"If it's mine I won't have anything to do with it"
"Luke don't you dare say that, it's not that babies fault and if it is yours I want you to be part of that babies life."
"I don't even know if it is mine. What about Brett"
"I think Anna should speak to him tell him that there is a possibility it could be yours. But I want you to know I will stick with you. I meant what I said in those vows. I love you"
"I love you to and thank you for being so understanding" I said kissing her
"Now come on baby, I do believe this is our wedding night" she said pulling me onto the bed
