March 29-30, 2015
I wake up in a white gown. I'm in a hospital. What even happened? I groan and turn on my side and Ayo is on the chair with his face in his hands.
"Aaa-" My throat really hurts.
Ayo hears my groans and immediately looks up. I swear he almost broke his neck.
But this manz looks terrible. He's got bags under his eyes and they're red. His purple hair is tied back with a rubber band. Behind him is the whole gang. And some people I've never seen before. Key, imprint, kida, the future kingz, bonez, johnny, etc.
They all just stare at me while Ayo rushes to get me some water. He hands it to me and I drink the whole cup. Everyone is still staring at me.
"You guys are looking at me like I'm the most interesting thing in the world." I say to all them.
"Oh baby I thought I lost you." Ayo says and kisses me. Tears pour out of his eyes. Man I hate seeing him cry. Tears threatened to come out of my eyes too.
"Girlllll it's so good to see you talking again." Imprint says. "You want some hot fries?"
I look at him giving him a 'tf' face.
He shrugs and starts eating them.
Everyone shares a few jokes them Ayo tells them to leave for a moment so we could talk. As they leave the room, I notice balloons, flowers and teddy bears everywhere. The door closes and I look at Ayo.
"I forgot what happened." I say to him.
"You took too many pills and you were bleeding out from cutting yourself." He scoots the chair closer.
"I'm so sorry Ayleo. You deserve a person who isn't insane. I need help." I say.
"Your'e not insane. I would never leave you for someone else. And I'm getting you the help you need."
I don't respond and there's a peaceful silence in the room. Then, Ayo shuffles around and gets a piece of paper out from his backpack.
"Vannalyah." He says.
"Hmm?"
"These papers you see here, are divorce papers-"
omg don't cry.
don't cry.
fuck I'm crying.
I cut him off before he finishes his sentence. "If you want a divorce I understand. I've caused you a lot of trouble."
"No we not getting divorce. After that fight we had, I went to our lawyer and asked for these because I thought we were over. But once I got a call that you were in the hospital and Teo was the one that sent you, that's when I realized I could've lost you. And the fact that Teo sent you made me feel bad because it seems like he's cares for you more than me-"
"He does not care for me. He's crazy." I say.
"Vanna I don't know what I would do if they didn't save you. I would drown in my own tears everyday if no one came to the bathroom and took you to the hospital. I blame myself for this. I should've been there to help you, instead of calling you a lair. In a way I'm thankful for Teo bringing you to the hospital, but I still hate him."
"Anyways, while staying in the hospital these past couple days, I think to myself that we made a promise to each other to stay together through thick and thin when we had our wedding. And I plan to keep that promise." He takes the divorce papers and rips them to sheds.
I tell him to lay in the bed with me and he gets under the covers. I lay my head on his chest and he puts his hands on my ass, rubbing it softly.
"Teo was sent to a mental hospital. He's suppose to be in there for 5 years but it could change depending on how good or bad he gets. It's just gonna be us now baby." He says and kisses my forehead.
I look up at him and cup his face. I place my lips softly on his, missing those big pink lips.
"Get some sleep, you look tired daddy." I say looking at his brown orbs.
"I love you Vannalyah Bowles."
"I love you Ayleo Bowles."
He places the wedding ring on my ring finger and we take a nap in the hospital bed.
