...So, we have a mascot?

I could now seem to understand why Pierre said he would not enjoy his stay alone. Because indeed, he needed someone to cover up where he lacked; and Davin filled the role remarkably well.

Of course I didn't know what happened during their separation, and quite honestly did not want to--but, it's kinda heartening to know that I now have two new friends who seem like they could balance each other, despite the differences!

...Although, it remained that whenever our talks strayed into the topic about the Vladistans, things always seemed to get creepier...

Ahem! So, shall we find a more interesting topic?

By now, the break caused by this duo's arrival had caused me to almost forget that we still have Auntie's team to cheer for. They, with Issei the Red Dragon Emperor (Sekiryuutei) as the anchor, had turned up with sensational wins: over Raiser of the Phenex Clan's team; over the Chaos Brigade; and even, most recently, over my uncle's team! He goes by the name of Sairaorg Bael, of Grandmom's maiden clan.

You may recall that I mentioned one person of the Baels who wasn't endowed with the trademark Power of Destruction of that clan. Well, that is Uncle Sairaorg.

I heard stories that because of this particular deficiency, Uncle had thus trained himself to the level where he was dubbed The Strongest Youth Devil.

But even he was now bested, and that by the very same man that had sat with me the other day to learn writing Devil-ish alphabet...

So great was the amount of attention my clan now enjoyed, that Rias' team members became practically celebrities of Lilith. Their photos were everywhere; they were interviewed for almost anything. Before long, there were even talks about making a new mascot for the Gremorys that may, it was boasted, even rival the Phenex Clan's Phoenix's Tears in terms of popularity.

Ever heard of Phoenix, right? Birdies that rose from their own ashes? Well, the merchandise has the ability to heal any thinkable wounds--almost instantly.

But it seems we will create something more.

For this seemingly special task, even Tou-sama's presence was expected...
