I woke up when I smelled something burning. I rushed downstairs and into the kitchen, only to get a sight of a burnt bacon. I quickly put it on the sink and flashed some water into it. I just knew who's behind this.

"Jeon Jungkook!" I shouted out his name. His head peaked out from the shower, his face coated with soap.

"What?" he asked like nothing terrible happened.

"Don't fucking lie to me that you didn't do this! Why did you left the bacon?!" I exclaimed. His expression seemed shock, mouth hang agaped.

"I was showering, okay?!"

"You could just shower when you finished cooking! You could've burn the entire house down!"

"Well, you should've said you'll be the one cooking. It's your fault!" He deadpanned. "And now you're blaming me?! Just finish your shower and I'll deal with you later!" I yelled back, aware that he's probably naked.

I cooked breakfast myself and had a hard time cleaning the pan since it was covered with grease.

Once Jungkook was done fixing himself up, he made way to the dining room and went to his seat, right across from my mine.

"Care to explain?" I started, looking directly at him. Our eyes met for a millisecond and averted to the food.

"Sorry." That was all he said. "Your sorry won't do if the house really burnt down." I stated, in a matter of fact.

"If," he corrected.

"Kook, can you just please be responsible?" I sighed in defeat. He dropped the utensils and looked at me.

"What do you want from me, Taehyung? Say it straight to my face," he said. He looked so damn serious. I don't want my day to start with a fight.

"Look, I'm just saying you need to be responsible if you don't want us to live under a bridge or something. All I ask from you is to care, even not to me, but at least to this abode," I tried to speak as gentle as possible so the atmosphere won't get worse.

"Who even says I want to live with you? And who says I care about you?" It caught me off guard. His words played repeatedly in my mind, it even took me a while to respond.

"I-I don't expect you to care for me, Jungkook. I just want you to treat this place as home, nothing more, nothing less."

"I lost my appetite." He muttered, ready to leave.

"Yah! Where are you going? It's weekend, you're suppose to help me clean the whole house," I stammered, trying to grab his attention.

"I have basketball training," he replied, not giving me a single glance. "And besides, you're the responsible one, you could get the hang of it." He then went straight to the door and he's nowhere in sight. The next thing I knew, was the sound of our car getting further away.

I did expect that he wouldn't treat me nice this morning, but this is just worse. He just left, like I was the one to blame. I stared on his plate that was left unfinished.

A tear stream down my face without me noticing it, and I felt like lightning hit my chest.

I took the whole day cleaning the whole house. The sun's going down and it's getting late, but Jungkook still hasn't showed up since this morning. Usually, he would get home from his basketball training much earlier. I guess he doesn't want to see my face after we kinda fought this morning. It means his practice hours got extended or he went clubbing, so he might go home tired or drunk.

I decided to not sleep in the bedroom and offered him to take it for tonight instead. Although, I'm beyond exhausted after all the cleaning, I know he's more tired than me because he is practicing very hard. I know how passionate he is when it comes to the things he love.

I waited for him on the couch for like thirty minutes, then it turned into an hour, until I can't even count how long I waited for him.

The clock stroke at ten o'clock, yet no signs of Jeon Jungkook remained. Exhaustion took over me, then I just drove myself to sleep.

Jungkook's P.O.V.

I don't have any practice today, I just want to leave the house after what happened this morning between me and Tae.

So I was here, talking to my friends about our deal yesterday and what happened to us earlier. Just me, Namjoon and Yoongi alone. We didn't drink much since I just asked them out to talk. I was suppose to help Taehyung clean the house today, but then I was pissed off of him.

"Jungkook, grow some balls!" Yoongi punched my shoulder lightly. "If he didn't scold me this morning, I could've help him back home."

"If you didn't leave the bacons get burned, he wouldn't have to scold you," Namjoon said.

"If he didn't told me I should cook everyday in one month, I don't have to!" I defended.

"If you didn't ask him to massage your foot, he wouldn't done any of this," he fought back. Damn, this smart ass!

I remained silent, processing everything. They're right, I was at fault. I should be the one to blame. I guess I'm just being bossy and such a brat to him. He must've been having a hard time dealing all my shits. But I just can't show him that I care.

"You know what, you should go back. Taehyung is probably waiting for you to come home," Yoongi nudged, looking at his wrist watch.

I looked over at mine and it's ten o'clock in the evening. Shit! That brat sure does wait for me, I just know it. The last time I went home this late was when I got drunk, and he literally did everything for me to get better, and I hate it. He didn't get enough sleep of his own for taking care of me. Though I hate to admit it, I worried more about him than I am to myself.

"I really need to go home!" I jolted. "Okay, drive home safely." I heard Namjoon's voice from behind.

"Wait, aren't you going home, too? Your boyfriends might go nuts if they knew you guys are still here," I asked, pinpointing the both of them.

"Unlike you, we asked permission from them properly," Yoongi replied. I sighed in defeat and hurried home.
