It's a bright Saturday morning and Taehyung was already in all fours as he was planting the watermelon seeds on the ground.
While Jungkook on the other hand was admiring the view of Taehyung's perky ass, without realizing that he was already flooding the area of newly planted daisies with the watering can on his hand.
He immediately got some soil to cover it up before Taehyung could see it and scold him again. He doesn't want to get him mad this early, since they just made up yesterday.
"And done!" Taehyung cheered out loud as he patted the soil. He has a huge smile plastered on his face for achieving his dream of planting watermelons.
"Someone looks very happy," Jungkook commented. "Who wouldn't be happy after planting watermelons anyway?" He replied, still having that happy curve on his face.
"You are such weird person."
"You are much weirder for being nice, but I don't mind you being nice. I'll just suck it up until you're back to being mean again," Taehyung retorted.
"Now, look who's being mean," Jungkook stated and crossed his arms.
"What would you like for breakfast?" Taehyung questioned as he flashed a sweet smile at him. It's kinda amusing to see him directly smiling at him.
Jungkook took a moment to think for breakfast which he knew Taehyung can actually cook whatever it is.
"How about an open-faced egg sandwich with bacon and jam? Also with gourmet blueberry pancakes and seared scallops. Yeah, I saw some scallops back at the fridge, they'll probably taste good." His face lightened up and Taehyung had a hard time imagining the cooking process and until when would it take him to finish all of them.
"Well, yeah! Sure! But it would be a lot faster if you'll help me cook. I could teach you so you can do it on your own next time."
No, Jungkook doesn't want to learn cooking somehow. Because if he knows how to do it, Taehyung will not cook for him anymore. He loves how the latter cook delicious food for him, not him for himself. But if that's the only way that he could earn his trust back, then he'll do it.
"That would be just great."

"Wow. I guess this breakfast turned into brunch," Jungkook said as he sat on the table opposite to the other male.
"What do you expect? We finished planting around 9 a.m. and teaching you how to slice onions took a hell of time," Taehyung replied, stopping himself to laugh at the male.
"Well, at least I can cook sunny side up without the egg sticking to the pan. That's harder for sure than slicing onions," he confidently replied, proud of his own work.
"Of course, Jungkook. The pans are non-stick." He couldn't hold it much longer so he laughed at the male because of his overwhelming confidence.
"Anyway, we're done planting watermelons. Will you attend your training after this?" He asked. "I don't know. I feel lazy, I think I'll have a short break just for today," he answered.
"Are you sure about that? I feel bad for you for losing the first game," Taehyung said in a low voice, not wanting to startle him about their loss.
"Nevermind that. I'm sure I still have chances to win," he assured the male.
"What I'm not sure is me winning you," he mumbled.
"Pardon?" Taehyung asked, not hearing what he just said since he was busy stuffing pancakes in his mouth.
"Nothing."
"Anyway. Do you have plans for today?" Jungkook asked, taking a bite to his sandwich.
"Ummm... Aside from watching Netflix after cleaning? Uhh.. no, I don't have any other plans," he replied.
Jungkook paused for a moment and stared at the munching male.
Wow, can someone be this cute while eating?
No, he did not think of that! No, just no!
He shook his head as he washed away the thought of Taehyung being so cute while eating. Yup, he's in danger. Thinking that Taehyung is cute is dangerous.
I mean, just look at him. The syrup was dripping at the side of his mouth. He eats messily! That bratty pig
It would be better if I lick it off.
No, Jungkook! What the hell are you thinking! Wake up!
He scolded himself for having those thoughts as he catch a few glimpse of the male in front of him. To avoid those thoughts, he stared at his own plate and ate for the remaining time. And Taehyung doesn't mind at all, he just ate peacefully and messily.
"Hey, you!" Taehyung called out and he was forced to look at him.
"You wash the dishes. That's the rule now. If I cook, you wash, and vice versa. I believed it was clearly understood so I won't repeat it. And if you don't understand it, that's not my problem anymore." Taehyung stated all too quickly and he somehow didn't pick it all up.
Finishing his last bite and drank his water, Taehyung got up to wash his hands. He was about to fully exit the kitchen, but then stopped his tracks and looked at the other male.
"It was very good to see you being nice. You should do that more often. It makes you more of a person than a selfish fluffy squirrel."
That was he said before he was nowhere in sight.
"Do I look like squirrel to him? If I do, then I'm the most handsome squirrel in the world. Yeah, that's right," Jungkook said to himself and got up to wash the dishes as ordered by the supreme and powerful Taehyung.
