When the bell rang, they all proceeded to their classes. Jimin, Taehyung, and Jin shared the same class together which is Biology.
"Hey, Tae? What's the matter with Jungkook?" Jin asked as the trio walked together to the Science laboratory.
"I don't know either. But I think he's doing all these nice stuffs for me so I can be at his game on Friday," he answered bluntly. "So you're saying, you won't come? Why would you miss your boyfriend's game? You're totally crazy. What if those girls will try to flirt with him?" It was Jimin's turn to speak.
"Okay, guys. First of all, you both know that he really isn't my boyfriend. Call me crazy or whatever, you name it. We already talked about it yesterday and I told him I can't guarantee that I'll be there. Lastly, if he also try to flirt with those girls, I don't care, our moms will be mad at him if he did so. Now, tell me, would it make any difference?" Taehyung answered. After he got nothing but silence from his two friends, he just walk straight ahead.
"Woah, he's acting like a bitch," Jin commented as he high-fived with Jimin. "Yeah, I like this kind of bitchy Tae," he agreed then they both trailed off.
"But I think he'll come. I'm sure he won't miss this awaited game of the year."
Their class went off so soon as they were about to finish their output. Jimin and Jin were partners for the so-called experiment, while Taehyung was partnered with this lonely kid, Minhyuk.
"Hey, I'll see you tomorrow at your place to finish the project. Are we good?" Taehyung said as they were about to part their ways. "Yeah, sure. Whatever," Minhyuk shrugged his shoulders and just walked away to his next class.
"Weird kid," Jin commented as they were waiting for Taehyung. "Man, I know, right?" Then they just laughed.
"Hey, babe." Jungkook swung his arms around Taehyung's shoulder as he walked coolly beside him. "What's with you? My answer is still a no, you know?"
"That rhymes. Well, I don't care about it for now, I'm just making sure you get to your classes without anyone trying to mess up with you," Kook replied, while Taehyung's brow was raised to him and with a what-the-fuck look.
"Oh, before I forgot, I'm not at home tomorrow. I'll be at Minhyuk's place to finish our Science project about damn fishes," Taehyung announced.
"What?! But I thought you'll be at my training tomorrow? Like what you usually do?" The elder pouted and removed his arm from his shoulder.
"This project of ours is more important than your training. Besides, you can handle it on your own now, you're not a kid anymore," the younger trailed off which hurt Jungkook maybe a little.
"Oh, I see. Okay then, I'll be fine." He exhales as he readied himself to go. As Jungkook jogged away, Taehyung felt sorry. He knew he hurt his feelings somehow, but he thought he wouldn't get hurt since he knew they use to talk like that.
"That was... awkward," Jimin commented after Jungkook was out of sight. "Weird, right? But I don't care. I thought he already get used to us being mean," Taehyung trailed off.
"Yup. He's used to the two of you being mean to each other, but he's not used of you not present in his final trainings. Come to think of it, Tae. You'll not be able to be at his game, and to his trainings, too? It just doesn't sound good to me," Jin joined in, knocking some senses to the latter.
Taehyung took time to think for a second, but it didn't work for him as it does before.
"Sorry, bitches. Gotta finish this project first. Besides, there are others who would love to take my part during his trainings and to the actual game."
"And it's so funny of you to just let that happen. If that so, I don't want to hear any grumbling Taehyung complaining this and that about girls who are trying to flirt with Jungkook," Jin ended and resumed his way to their next class.
"Sure thing. You asked for it," Taehyung said as he walked ahead of them.

Jungkook got home first ahead an hour, while Taehyung on the other side, hung out with Jin and Jimin.
"Have you eaten?" Jungkook surprised him a question once he was on his way upstairs. "Yeah, I guess so. A bag of chips made me full," the latter replied, not even halting his tracks.
He was then surprised when a pair of arms snaked around his ways and carried him to the kitchen.
"Hey, you scumbag. What's wrong with you?! Put me down!" Taehyung stammered off his grip. Jungkook put him down when they got into the kitchen.
"Eat." That was the only thing he said.
"Why?"
"Because I said so. Now, eat!"
"You cooked these?" He asked, eyeing the bowl of kimchi already placed on the table. "Who else would?" Jungkook threw back.
"Hmm... Surprising. Guess I'm hungry after all." Taehyung shrugged his shoulders and prepared himself to eat. But he stopped and looked at Jungkook who's leaning against the wall.
"I thought you don't know how to cook." Jungkook heaved a sigh and pointed to the trash bin, where there are lots of ingredients wasted and some wrappers were scattered around.
"Tried multiple times preparing the best."
And Taehyung was surprised mentally that Jungkook could actually be this sweet.
But not sweet enough, though.
