And so the hull creaked on,
Ship's life propelled by sails,
Upon shivering, stinging winds,
Out into blue,
With only the direction of her captain,
Carrying on till dusk,
Sun swaying from east to west,
Sailing through the storms,
Past the calms,
Islands of riches gone by,
To be delivered to her destination,
Where her cargo shall be delivered,
Safe in the hands of what lies beyond,
No longer trapped in the hull's vessel,
Delivered from the temptation of evil.
