The most lethal poison,
Is the one that is a gift,
A godsend from above,
Perhaps even the antidote,
But in the end always comes back,
What is happy is then taken,
The relief turns into pain,
Toxicity infects the system,
And what was once a saving grace,
Becomes an angel of death,
Yet despite your best effort it returns,
What you fight claims you once more,
And you are left with the damage done,
Destined to destroy good flesh,
With no way to beat it,
Eventually the toxicity will come again.
