Next Door Grier ( Hayes Grier fan fic )

Chapter 5

*Hayes POV*

Me and Nash decided to go outside and play a game of basketball. The movers already set up the net so we could play. We were about to start a game when my mom called us in the house.

"NASH! HAYES!"

"Yeah mom?" Nash said as we were walking in the door.

"Go over to the next door neighbors house. They have a girl named Alyssa. Shes your age Hayes" she said pointing out the window.

"Okay" Nash smirked nudging me.

We walked out of the house and down the driveway. A million thoughts were going through my head. Would she be all over Nash because he was vine famous? Was she nice? Would she even like us? I was about to find the answer to all my questions.

*Alyssa's POV*

I decided to forget about it. He probably wasn't even Hayes Grier. I sat down on the couch and continued watching my show.

I decided to text Lizzie. Just as I was about to text Lizzie the doorbell rang. I quickly texted her just asking if she wanted to come over. I walked to the door and opened it. I couldn't believe my eyes.

Right in front of me was Hayes and Nash Grier. I rubbed my eyes just to make sure i wasn't seeing things.

"Hey. I'm Nash and this is my brother Hayes. We just moved in next door and wanted to introduce ourselves." Nash smiled.

"Hi. I'm Alyssa. And you didn't have to introduce yourselves. I watch your vines a lot." I said still shocked.

"Oh thats cool. Do you want to shoot some hoops with us? We were just about to play." Nash asked.

"Okay. Let me just go get shorts on. Do want to come in?" i added backing up.

"Sure" Nash said.

They came in and sat on the couch. I closed the door and grabbed my phone.

From Lizzie:

Sure. Be over in 5

To Lizzie:

Hurry! You won't believe who we will be hanging out with today! And its a surprise!

From Lizzie:

Haha. Okay

I turned off my phone and ran upstairs. I grabbed a pair of black shorts and running sneakers. I looked in my mirror. I put my hair in a high ponytail and ran downstairs.

"Is it okay if my friend join us? I told her to come over before you guys came and i didn't want to tell her to not come. If you don't want her to come we can just stay here" i told them.

"No no. It's okay she can come. Now we will have an even amount of players. Its actually better. Good with you Hayes?" Nash said slapping Hayes on the back.

"What? Yeah sure." He answered.

He seemed to be out of it and day dreaming.

"Come on Hayes. I know your worried that Alyssa will beat you in the game but it's okay. You'll get over it." Nash giggled.

"I wasn't worried about that. I was just..." His voice trailed off.

"Ohhhh. I see whats going on. Hayes has a crushhhhh. Hayes has a crushhhhh" Nash sang.

"No i don't" Hayes blushed.

I blushed too but i don't think they were paying attention.

"Okay sure. Lets just got play" Nash said getting up.

I walked to the door and opened it. Just then Lizzie was walking up my side walk.

"Hey girl" she said now at my door.

"Yay! Your here. I have a huge surprise! Stay here. I'll be right back"

"Okay. I'll be here. Just waiting"

"Can you do me a huge favor?" i asked them.

"Yeah sure. I'll do it" Nash said.

"Me too" Hayes chimed in.

He was so cute.

"Okay so the other day me and my friend, the one thats going to join us, were talking about you guys moving in next door to me. And i want to surprise her by telling her you guys actually did move next door to me. You don't really have to do anything. You just have to stand there." I told them.

"Haha. Yeah sure. It'll be fun" Nash laughed.

I walked back to where Lizzie was standing.

"So remember when i said i had a surprise and you wouldn't believe who we were going to hang out with today?" i said smiling from ear to ear.

"Yeahhhhh" she said sounding worried.

"Well close your eyes" i told her.

She did and i motioned for Nash and Hayes to come over. They stood right in front of here and smiled.

"Open your eyes" i whispered in her ear.

She opened her eyes. Her mouth dropped open. Her expression was priceless.

"Hey" Nash and Hayes said at the same time.

"Oh my gosh. You guys are really Nash and Hayes Grier. I can't believe this. Me and Alyssa were just talking about you the other day. Did she tell you she has a huge crush on you Hayes?" She said almost screaming.

"You do?" Hayes questioned with a smile.

I punched Lizzie in the arm and gave her a death stare. Than turned back to Hayes and blushed, "yeah"

"That's good" he smiled.

Oh my god. Why would he say thats good? Was he a player? No he couldn't be. Could he like me too?
