Chapter 19

*Hayes POV*

Alyssa came back down stairs and I was sitting on my phone. I was a little jealous because her and Nash looked like they were having a good time. And like they liked each other.

"Are you mad at me?" I didn't know what to say so i just kissed her. Just like that. It was a short kiss, but was like a firework.

"I'm not mad at you. I just was jealous. You and Nash seemed like you were having a good time. I wasn't a part of it and it seemed like you liked each other." I looked to the ground.

"Hayes. Yeah i do like Nash. But like a brother. Not as a boyfriend. He likes Morgan anyways. And I was just having a little fun and joking around." She punched me in the shoulder lightly. I smiled.

"Sorry" i said, "its just. I don't know what got into me. I overreacted. Can you forgive me?" i have her puppy dog eyes and put out my bottom lip.

She smiled, "yes i can forgive you"

"Good. What do you want to do?" I asked grabbing a blanket.

"Let's watch a movie" she replied.

"Okay. But let's watch a scary movie this time" i grinned.

"Hayes" she whined, "i hate scary movies"

"It's okay. I'll be here" i patted the spot next to me and she came and sat down, throwing the blanket over herself.

"Fine" she have in.

I grabbed the remote and flipped the netflix. I found paranormal activity. That was one of my favorite movies.

"We're going to watch this movie" i told her.

Her eyes got wide and her face was pale.

"I-isn't t-this based on a t-true story" she stuttered.

"Yeah why"

"That makes it 1000% more scarier" she replied

"It's okay" i couldn't really tell her it wasn't real, but it was.

I turned on the TV. After about five minutes Alyssa was ducking under the blanket. She was curled in a ball against me.

Half way through, she was already sleeping. I checked the time. 1:29.

I turned off the TV and got comfortable. Alyssa's head was on my chest. I put my head on top of hers and closed my eyes. Shortly after, I fell asleep. Dreaming.

AHHH sorry i haven't updated in so long. I know this is short but i didn't want to live you on that much of a cliff hanger.
