Chapter 37

*Alyssa's POV*

We told scary stories for another half an hour and then decided to rent a movie. We grabbed the blankets and pillows off my bed and headed to the basement. We decided to rent a couple movies. We rented one that us girls wanted, and then one the boys wanted. I picked out White House Down

"I love this movie" Morgan said as I pressed the rent movie button on my TV.

"Me too. Thats why I picked it out" i laughed at her.

She just shot me a glare and laughed with me.

"You guys only like this movie cause Channing Tatum is in it and you guys think he is so hot because he has abs" Nash smirked at us.

"Yeah. Me and Nash have abs too you know" Hayes added.

They stood up and lifted up their shirts. It was like they read each other's mind. But they were right. They did have abs.

"Okay okay you guys do have abs. Gosh. You don't have to rub it in" Morgan scoffed.

"Well that is one of the reasons we like this movie. When you star in a movie, i'll like that movie just as much" i told him.

"Yeah, like i'll ever be in a movie" Nash shook his head.

"You never know. One day you could be meeting fans, and the next day you could be walking the red carpet and starring in movies" i stated.

Me and Hayes cuddled on the couch, Morgan and Nash cuddled on the floor, and Lizzie was on the other side of the couch.

After White House Down, we watched what the boys wanted to watch. They picked out Chuckie. I knew it was a scary movie and it was about this doll or something like that but don't what happens. I think Hayes and Nash saw this before.

"Is this movie really scary" i whisper asked Hayes.

"No. Its all really fake" he told me.

"Good" i smiled.

He kissed my forehead and I nuzzled into his chest.

Of course halfway through the movie i was scared. I was also really tired but couldn't go to sleep because I was scared. I jumped on every pop up.

"Don't worry. Nothing's going to happen. I'm right here" Hayes whispered too me.

"I know" i smiled but he didn't see it, "i just get scared that something's going to get me or pop out of nowhere"

He looked down at me and i looked up at him. His eyes were looking at my lips, then my eyes, then my lips, then my eyes. I knew what he was thinking.

"I love you" he told me.

"I love you too" i smiled.

He leaned in and so did i. We kissed and I felt like an explosion just went off inside of me. He had just told me he loved me and now we kissed. Even though it wasn't our first kiss, it still felt like it.

We released from the kiss and he smiled. I was already smiling. We continued watching the movie until it was over. Then we fell asleep.

For some reason, i felt safe with Hayes. He made me feel special and I liked that.
