So, since it's been a couple months, I'll give you guys a quick refresher on what's happened:

Devraj revealed that Zia's kid dies before the end of the battle that has yet to happen. Kaysen wakes up in New Rome, in front of the TARDIS, which Kyle is leaning against. Beyond that, everyone is getting ready for battle.

And so we go.

Kaysen stared at Kyle in panic. What was he doing here? Was he a traitor, a double agent? She watched his every move as he stood up straight, walking towards her to sit next to her.

"What are you doing in New Rome?" Kaysen asked, barely able to hold a stutter.

"You honestly think that they wouldn't send someone in here to save you, Doctor?" Kyle asked, sitting next to her.

"Please don't call me that." She scooted away from him, pulling a strand of ginger hair behind her ear.

"Kaysen, then." He looked down at his feet. "Got captured somewhere inside the city. I think near the aqueducts."

"Well, the Romans made a mistake by stuffing me in the same room as the TARDIS." Kaysen stood up, dusting off her pants and fixing her shirt.

Fumbling for the key she knew was in her pocket, Kyle stared at her. "The TARDUS you were talking to Eon about before you ran off?"

"For the last time, it's an I, not a U."

"I'll take that as a yes, then."

Opening the familiar door inwards, she stepped inside. The orange-ish room she had come to love awaited her, armor scattered around. She bit down her rage as she walked up to the console.

"Hey there, sexy," she said as she leaned on the console. "Miss me?"

Kyle stepped inside, eyes wide. Stepping outside and most likely walking around the bright blue box, Kaysen awaited the words she has come to expect.

"It's bigger on the inside!" Kyle said excitedly, running back inside.

"Yep," she said as she flipped switches and pushed buttons, popping the P in a way she picked up from one of the demigods. Most likely Chance.

"But how...?"

"If I explained you would think I'm insane. Then you would go insane."

"How is it a bad thing you have a bigger-on-the-inside box for the Romans?"

"Because this is more than a bigger-on-the-inside box, Kyle."

With a final flip of a switch, the familiar whirling sound of the TARDIS filled the room outside. Running around the console, Kaysen struggled to keep them on track.

"Wahoo!" She yelled with excitement as Kyle screamed in fear.

Parking, Kaysen smiled. "Wasn't that fun?"

"No! It scared me to death!" Kyle was panting, sitting on the couch.

"Common, we have a bus to drive!" The ginger sprinted towards the door.

A familiar buzzing sound rang somewhere behind her. Standing frozen, hand outstretched towards the door, she attempted to make sense of what she's hearing.

"How did you fly this?" A mass of brown hair asked, a bow tie ripped to shreds around his neck. In his hands was a sonic screwdriver - her sonic screwdriver - bright green with light and sound.

"Same way you do, Doctor, by pressing buttons and flipping switches.
