Mystery Unknown

THE BEGINNING - PART 1

      Jasmine jumped out of her bed and sits upright sweating profusely. The memories of the dream were still in her head, she finally got herself to calm down and falls back to her bed with full force, making her head land softly on the pillow.

     Still thinking about the dream she glances over to her side to a small portable drawer with a lamp and an alarm clock, she checks the time and sees its 6:30am.

     "Oh no, gonna get ready for school", she said to herself jumping out of bed again but this time heading for the bathroom to have her bath and brush her teeth.

     She came downstairs from her room dressed in an off-shoulder crop top and a pair of black jeans. She heads to the kitchen to see her mum" Morning mom"she said placing a soft kiss on her mother's cheek.

     "Good morning my dear, how was your night?" She asked looking at her daughter. Jasmine forced a smile.

     "Slept like a baby." She lied and headed for the refrigerator. "By the way, what's for breakfast?" She asked searching the refrigerator for anything.

     "Have whatever you want, but no sweets", her mum replied and headed out of the kitchen.

     Within ten minutes Jasmine found herself in school after a breakfast of cereal and a long boring ride. She headed directly to her locker to get some books she needed for her classes when she heard someone call her from behind " Jasmine!", she finally turns back to see her friend Gabriella Smith who came running with hands spread and hugged her. "It's been so long," she said looking at Jasmine from head to toe.

     "We only went for summer holidays Gabriella", she replied laughing at her friend.

     Austin comes running towards Jasmine and her friend. Jasmine looks at Austin and back at Gabriella." I need to go alright after we'll talk over the phone". Jasmine said and started walking away from her friends to avoid Austin. Austin later catches up with Jasmine and stands in front of her.

     "What do you want?" Jasmine questioned Austin as he gasps for air.

     "Damn, you walk so fast" Austin replied so breathless.

     "That's not the question I asked," she said attempting to walk away.

     "Okay fine I will answer". Austin takes a deep breath and finally spoke what he wanted. " I came to apologize, to ask for your forgiveness."

     "Come on not again," she said looking at him.  

     "See you have to hear me out, come on", he said searching her eyes. "Please", he said pleading.

     " You know what?", Jasmine asked re-positing the books in her hand, "I can't do this, excuse me" she says walking away. Austin steps out of her way allowing her to go.

     "Jasmine! Please!" he shouted at her and finally walked away when she didn't reply.
