Mystery Unknown

THE EXIT- PART 1

      Jasmine rides her bike while being cautious of the speeding cars on the road. She approaches a T- junction and sees an ambulance coming out of the right road. "No, no, no!!!" Jasmine shouted to herself as she rode with full speed to where the ambulance came from.

      She reaches there to see a fire truck with men carrying water hoses spraying the water to quant the fire coming out from a massive object far ahead. Jasmine rides closer and drops her bike on the road as she squeezes herself through a thick crowd to see what was actually going on in front.

      On getting to the front she sees her mum's car with a massive fire coming out of it.
So that's what caused the fire. She thought as she fought back tears as she ran to her bike and rode with speed to Runyan's Specialist Hospital.

      She gets there jumps out of her bike and heads for the hospital door, she was about to run to the emergency room when she is stopped by a nurse.

      "Excuse ma'am, who are you looking for?" The nurse asked professionally.

      With both tears and pain in her eyes and voice, "That's my mother" she said struggling to get past the nurse.

      "Please, you have to calm down we have this under control," the nurse told her as she ran to the emergency room before the door shut close.

      Jasmine sat in the waiting room stamping her leg on the floor continuously. She brings out her phone and calls Gabriella and tells her what happened.

      Within ten minutes Gabriella burst through the hospital doors with Austin by her side.

      Jasmine stands up from her seat feeling quite uncomfortable. "Why is he here?" she asked looking at Gabriella for answers.

     "He was with me when you called then he offered to come too" Gabriella answered looking at her friend surprised by her question.

      "I can't stay here," Jasmine said walking away dodging Austin in the process.

      Gabriela attempts to go after her. "Let me talk to her" Austin suggested raising a brow. Gabriella nods giving him permission to go."Jasmine, wait!" Austin shouted to Jasmine as she is about to mount her bike. Austin reaches there on time.

      "Come on, Jas," he said placing his hand on her shoulder.

      Jasmine froze on the spot and turned to look at Austin who finally got the message and removed his hand.

      "Jasmine, cone on, let's go back inside, for God's sake your mom's life is at stake," Austin said trying to convince her.

      "I can't go back in there if you are around," Jasmine said turning her gaze away from him.

      "Okay, forget about me. Do it for your mom, she's the only one that you have and you are the only one that she has right now, she needs you Jas, more than anything now" he said with pleading eyes and searching Jasmine's face for any emotion at all he saw only pain.

      She finally nodded and looked up at Austin before heading towards the door.

      "For my mom," she said over her shoulder and went back into the hospital.
