I try so hard
But it feels like
My hardest
Is not enough
Will it ever be?
Enough I mean
When will my best
Be enough?
When will I be enough?
Maybe I've been having the wrong one,
Wrong perspective I mean
And I should just be enough for myself
Think that I am enough,
See that I am enough,
Think that whatever I do will be enough,
Accept that what I can give
Or whatever I can try to give
Is already enough...
I am enough
Maybe not for you,
Not for them,
Not for everybody else
But for me?
I am.
I should be enough.
I want to be enough.
I am enough.
