POV- Tam

I woke up and it was dark. There was a bag over my head. It was taken off a few moments after I woke up and standing there was three people I never expected to be there.

"She finally woke up." Kate said over her shoulder.

"God damn. About time." Jake, my abusive ex, said.

He had something in his hand. I couldn't figure it out but I soon realized what it was. I felt the stinging pain of an animal taser people usually use for cows.

"I have to get you all dolled up for the camera. Don't want you to look bad." Jake whispered into my ear.

I started crying and he kept tasing me. "Get the camera ready, Haley." Jake said.

"I don't think we should do this. I didn't know we were going to torture her. Just scare her. I don't want to be apart of this anymore." Haley said scared.

"Haley stop being a pussy and do what he says or you're going right there next to her." Kate said.

She did as she was told as I was still getting tased.

"You're friends are going to feel this one. Especially Adym." Jake said with a smirk.

"No. Please no. Please don't hurt my friends. Don't hurt Adym. I love him too much to see him hurt..." Jake tases me again and I scream in pain.

"You have 3 hours to find the next clue of she gets these scars next." Jake said holding a knife up to my neck. "Anything you want to add little miss perfect?" He said to me.

"Adym if you're watching this please stay strong and do what they say. I'm scared and I miss you. I love yo-" Jake slapped me. "Just OBAY them." I looked down as Haley ended the video.

"Send the video to Tamryn's phone and the directions to her cardigan so her group knows where to go." Jake demanded Kate. "Haley go with her. I need to deal with this little girl."

"So you decided to give a little hint to your friends? That doesn't sit with me well. You've been a very bad girl." Jake said pissed off.

He took the knife and slashed at my thigh. I screamed in pain once again. He kept cutting me in the legs, arms, and face. Eventually, I got used to the pain and stopped screaming. I didn't think I would get out of this alive anymore. Jake put duct tape over my mouth so I wouldn't say anything.

"We have another video for your boyfriend. You're going to read what's on that card that Haley is holding." I look at Haley and she mouthed to me "I'm sorry."

She started the video and Jake started talking again.

"You did what I asked in the amount of time that I gave you but I was bored waiting for you so I kind of cut her up a little. Hope you don't mind. Haha. Anyways, this is for you Adym." Kate says.

She takes the knife and slides it across my face. It left a trail of blood that trickled down my face. I showed no pain because it was no use. Jake handed her a heated metal stake with A on it and stamped it on my back by the left shoulder blade. I winced a little but the pain went away quickly.

"She doesn't show any emotion anymore because of you, Adym. Tell him what you really think and feel about him. " Kate said to the camera then turned to me.

"Adym, I don't love you. I never did. I just felt like helping you get away from Kate but it was no use. I can't live like this anymore. I'm in love with Jake. I always have been. I'm sorry. Goodbye Adym." I read. It hurt like hell to lie to him like that. I wanted to cry but it felt like there weren't any tears left.

"Good girl. See Adym? She never loved you. She loves Jake. Get over her. She's gotten over you. Find her if you want but if I were you I wouldn't even try. This is where she is. If you come get her, come alone. I will have people watching you to see if you follow my directions. You don't have a time limit this time." Haley ends the video.

"You won't be saved after saying that. Adym doesn't mess with girls after they hurt him." Kate mocked me.

"Come on girls. Let's go out somewhere and celebrate." Jake said.

They left as Haley trailed behind. I just sat there waiting for them to come back and torture me again or make another video for Adym to hate me more. I closed my eyes so I could rest before they come back.

A/N: guys im so sorry for giving you a huge cliff hanger. softball has been crazy and i've been hanging w friends before school starts. i'm so sorry. i haven't given up on this story just yet. there's so much i want to do for it. you guys might get 2 chapters tomorrow as an i'm sorry gift. it just depends how much time i have to write is all. well i hope you liked this chapter bc it is just a recap in someone else's pov. i love you guys and thank you so much for reading and keeping up w this so far. 💙💙💙💙💙 thanks for dealing w all my crap and not giving up on this yet.
