Loki + Child

- Loki always doing everything that he can to make sure that you never feel like an outcast. He spent so much of his life feeling like an outsider and he would never want that for his kid.

-Loki entertaining you with magic tricks all throughout your childhood, and when he deems you old enough teaching you how to do tricks of your own. As your skills advance he will teach some more serious magic that you could potentially use to protect yourself in the future.

-Growing up with a great appreciation for knowledge and the pursuit of it, meaning you have spent a large portion of your life in your home's library. A library that is almost as impressive as the one from Beauty and the Beast.

-Sitting on his lap as he reads, or tells you bedtime stories when you're little. The stories he'll tell you come from all over the nine realms, and some are even from his past about Frigga or Thor.

-Often falling asleep there and your father carrying you to your bed to tuck you in.

-Let's be honest, Loki is a without a doubt a protective parent. Whether it's obvious or not he is almost always somewhere nearby and ready to jump in and protect you from any threat. He tries his best to not be too strict and trust you, but trusting you doesn't mean he trusts everyone else. Also, the thought of anything happening to his kid would kill him.

- Anyone that did ever make the incredibly stupid mistake of threatening to harm you in any way, would learn the true meaning of instant regret.

-Inheriting a very witty and sarcastic sense of humor.

-Loki always being willing to humor you, particularly when you're young. Regardless of whether you want a ride on his shoulders, him to play house with you in a blanket fort, or even play hide-and-seek in the garden with you he is always up for it.

-Hell, the guy will even let you put his hair in bows if the mood strikes you.

-Playing chess on Sunday mornings, once you're old enough to learn and play against him.

-Anytime that you have a nightmare Loki is there in a heart beat, if you let out the tiniest scream he'll hear it. As soon as he does he comes running to make sure that you're okay, and is absolutely willing to sit with you until you fall back asleep.

-Loki surprising pretty much everyone with how good he is at being a parent, and how involved he is.
