I Never Needed You

Y/n POV

Its been a week since I last talked to Jungkook. A few days ago was his dance competition. I actually want to know if it did go well but I didn't want to face him and he neither me.

You can say that I moved on pretty fast, well kinda. I just tried to do everything I did before I met Jungkook but in every corner in my house was a memory of him. So I tried to distract myself to hold myself busy.

Today I planned to go to the bubble tea cafe with Hyeri and Taehyung. They are really supportive and are helping me to move on, I didn't expect otherwise.

I walked in the bubble tea cafe and looked around. In the right corner I saw someone waving at me. I smiled and walked to Taehyung. "Hey!" I sit down and made myself comfortable.

"Where is Hyeri?" I ask Taehyung while looking at the time. "If you wait 5 seconds.. 4..3..2..1"

"YO MY TO FAV PEEPS ON THE WORLD." Hyeri placed 3 bubble teas on the table and sit next to Taehyung.

"Do you already have plans for Christmas?" Hyeri ask me and I nodded "Probably going to spent it with my family, and you two?" I looked at them but they were both staring at something behind me. I frowned and than slowly turn my head around

"BOO." "Aaah aish, yah don't do that."

I slapped Jaehyun's shoulder and he laughed "You should have seen your face." He imitated a shocked face and sit down next to me still laughing. "And you are?" Hyeri ask confused. Jaehyun stopped with laughing and smiled "My name is Jung Jaehyun, nice to meet you."

"Ah the famous Jaehyun. Aren't you the sidekick of this story?" I widen my eyes.
"Sidekick?" Jaehyun looked at me confused "Hahaha Hyeri you're so funny." I say sarcastic.

"That's right, Jaehyun let me buy you a Bubble tea." "No no no no, I can buy my own-" "Its my thank for bringing me home." I interrupted Jaehyun and stood up.

Flashback

I was staring lifeless in front of me. Letting everything what just happened take in.

The tears were dripping down my cheeks and taking deep breaths to calm myself.

'I should have known.'

I looked down and wipe the tears away but it didn't stop.
Everything was starting to make sense and the reality is a pain in the ass.

I suddenly hear the door behind me open so I quickly wiped the tears away and  bit down my lip to hold in any sound or sniffs.
But I felt a coat around me. I turned around to stand face to face with Jaehyun. He looked at me pity but gave me a small warm smile.

It didn't take long before I landed myself in his arms, crying my eyes out on his chest.

It could be the alcohol. 
It could be the weather. 
It can be the situation that I was in
but i just needed someone who could comfort me.
"It's okay. Let it all out." Jaehyun would say to me while stroking my hair.

After my break down, Jaehyun brought me back home. He was really nice and asked me constantly if I needed something  but I just wanted to be alone.

End flashback

"Thank you Sehun." I took the bubble tea and walked back to the table. "Hope you like it, it's my favourite." Jaehyun took the bubble tea and mouthed a thanks.
