I Never Needed You

Sadness? Anger? Jealousy? I don't even know my own emotions.

"That damn international playboy ughh." I walked my way down while mumbling to myself. I was just about to walk out the house but the door suddenly opened and I bumped to it with my head "agh, stupid door..." i was half rubbing my head and half talking to myself "Areum?" I looked up and see the exboyfriend from Nana "are you okay?" I glared at him "Do I look okay?!"

We sat down by the bar and I got a ice pack for my head. "You should not open doors so harsh." He chuckled "well you shouldn't stand behind a door." I rolled my eyes. "Anyway, what are you doing here? Are you with Jungkook?" I sigh "Yes and with Nana." We both stayed quiet while looking at the people from the party. "Did you really cheated on Nana with Bora?" He looked at me in disbelief "Did she told you that?" "No of course not, you probably know the relationship between me and Nana... Jungkook told me."

We just sat there awkwardly "Nana is always talking about Jungkook. Not only I though that but It started to irritate Bora too. Bora and I started to text and go out with each other, as friends of course, to talk about the little problems but Nana saw that..." He looked really sad "I didn't mean to hurt her." If I didn't pay attention to what he was talking I would not hear him but it sounded like the truth "Okay enough about me. Why were you about to walk out if Jungkook is also here?"

And the headache came back "He kissed a girl on the cheek... I KNOW I KNOW it is nothing big and you can call me a jealous btch but I just couldn't stay there any longer... Like if I stayed she would probably have a black eye and maybe a broken leg.. or arm.."

He suddenly burst out in laughter "HAHAHA now I know why Jungkook is dating you HAHAHAHA." I looked at him confused "Okay mr.slamadoorinmyface and dontevenapologise." He slowly stopped laughing "well my apologies but you should just call me by my name, that is way shorter hehe"

I smiled at Taeoh. Why would Nana not fully love him? He is a sweet guy.
And not her best friend who already has a girlfriend (duh).
"Want to dance?" He asked me and I nodded. While walking our way to the dance floor Taeoh was holding my wrist so that we didn't separate (I'm not a kid...) but suddenly Jungkook came and gave Taeoh a punch on the face. Taeoh turned around really angry "WTF DUDE."

"JUNGKOOK Why did you do that?! Are you crazy?!" He turned to me looking really angry "Me crazy?! You were the one who suddenly left and was walking with this fckboy." I saw that we got eyes on us, I didn't want to make a scene so I tugged on Jungkook's sleeve "let's go." but he didn't move an inch "Jungkook! We need to talk! Private." He just keeps glaring at Taeoh. Then I saw Taehyung walking to us, he probably saw everything because of the worried look on his face "I'll bring Nana home. Just go."

In the car we didn't talk much so I broke the silence "Why were you so angry? Taeoh didn't do anything wrong." He just keep looking straight with a poker face.
Isn't it supposed to be that I am ignoring him and not the other way around...
"Jungkook, I'm talking to you." He just keep ignoring me...

Before I know we were already in front of my house. We both stayed silent in the car waiting for someone to speak. "Tell me Jungkook, why did you give Taeoh a stump? What did he do wrong" Jungkook finally turned to me but he looked really pissed "What did he do wrong? That dude IS wrong, he is a fcking fckboy! He cheated Nana! She don't deserve all that sht! And now he is trying to get you."

"... Taeoh did not cheat on Nana. She misunderstood Bora and Taeoh, and he just wanted to dance with me cause YOU were flirting with some stupid slut." I turned my head to look out the window, not making eye contact. "Woho what?! First I wasn't flirting with Nana! Second she isn't a stupid slut!"

I snapped my head back "Who said I was talking about Nana?!" "Then who? Cause I've no clue who you're talking about." Jungkook said it calmer "That girl next to Yugyeom." I rolled my eyes " You kissed her." I then said looking in Jungkook's eyes.

He leaned back in his seat and closed his eyes for a second "Are you serious angry because I kissed a girl ON THE CHEEK for a damn truth or dare game? You're so childish. It didn't even mean anything. I bet you would've kissed that Taeboy if you got the chance."

I looked at him in disbelief "Of course not! He is my friend. I'm not like Nana and kiss a friend if I still have a boyfriend! That is so stupid and a dumb*ss move" "It's not a dumb*ss move! We were caught up in the moment! And Nana and I only kissed nothing more!" My heart broke into million pieces. Did i just hear it right, did he say Nana? Did he just say they kissed?

"Jesus, it is nothing big. I've known her for a long time and she won't lie about being-." Jungkook suddenly stopped with talking.

I could feel my eyes starting to burn so I took a deep breath trying to calm myself down "Nothing big is if you accidentally bumped to someone. But this..." I looked at Jungkook but he just has his head low.

Suddenly his phone started to ring and Nana's name popped up. My heart arched when the idea crossed my mind about what Jungkook and Nana all do together behind my back. A normal person would be really mad but I wasn't mad or sad. I was just disappointed.

"I'll go now." I did not wait for a response and got out of the car and quickly went in my house. When the door closed and the silence hit me I could feel my tears starting to fall. I tried to stop but it just got worse. Before I know I was a crying mess. Crying about a boy who probably didn't even care.

'Jungkook do you even need me?'
