Chapter 3: I'll Try To Be More Nice.

A/n Hey guys I'm so sorry I haven't updated. I've had huge writers block and I was busy all weekend. I promise I will do the best to stick to my schedule. Once again I'm sorry and thank y'all for all the support. Please comment as much as you can cause I love feedback. Once again thank you.

Evan's Pov

I woke up to a peaceful Sunday morning. I sit up and the sun from my window shine directly in my face. I groan and flop back down on my bed and cover my face with my pillow. I slowly move my the pillow off my face. Just enough so I could see the clock on my bed side. The clock read 7:46 am, I groan and move the pillow back onto my face. "It's Sunday, the last day for me to sleep in before school starts, and what do I do? I wake up at 7:46 am" I think to myself. I lay there for about 5 minutes until I eventually get bored and sit up. I put on some some-what decent clothes and leave my room. I enter the light stricken living room. Connor's Door is closed so, I assumed that he is asleep, because like most people he actually sleeps in on his weekends. But, if I'm being completely honest with myself I'm glad he is asleep. 

Everything has been completely and utterly awkward since we first met. I just stand there looking completely awkward staring off into the distance. When I finally come back to earth I grab my stuff and leave the dorm. I walk down the hall to Jared's dorm. When I reach it I knock on his door. Not to loudly to make sure I don't wake him or his room mate up if they're asleep. After a few minutes I hear shuffling from the inside and the door lock click. I open to see a tired looking Jared. 

"Oh I'm sorry, did I wake you up" I say to him

"No" He responds and waves his hand dismissively. 

"Oh well, ok" I say

We stand there in an awkward silence for like a minute or two until he finally speaks up. 

"So..." 

"So..." I respond

"I should probably go get ready for the day" He says 

"Oh, yea, ok" I say.

"Hey, when you're done text me so we can do something"

"Yea, ok"

 We both nod our heads and he steps back inside his dorm and closes the door. I linger in the hallway for a few seconds and then start my way back to the dorm. I open it up to be greeted by the golden sunlight again. I step in and let the door close behind me. My roommate is still asleep. I walk over to the bathroom close and lock the door. Before I leave I decide to take a quick shower. 

When I'm finished in the shower I brush my teeth and do my hair. "Crap" I mutter to myself "I forgot my clothes." I was about to step out of the bathroom with just a towel when I remember the clothes I brought in with me. I quickly throw that on and step out of the bathroom. 

I step into my room and close the door. I grab the clothes I was going to wear for the day and put it on. I grab my stuff from my bedside table and head out of the dorm. I head down the hall, into the elevator, and out the building door. I walk down the sidewalk passing the scenery of the campus. I see a coffee shop in the distance and start walking towards it. Walking across the campus to the coffee shop I take in the silence of the campus. Tomorrow won't be nearly as quiet once all the classes start. 

I finally reach the coffee shop and step inside and I'm sort of shocked at what I see.

Alana's Pov

I wake up to the sound of shuffling in the common room of the door. I slowly get up and head out of my room to be greeted by Zoe making some breakfast. 

"Oh, hello" She says while waving at me

"Hi" I say while walking over to the little room that could be barely called a kitchen. 

"If you want I could make you something" She says

"No, I'm ok" I say opening up the cupboard and grab a box of cereal

I pour my bowl of cereal and grab the milk from the fridge. When I'm done pouring the milk I got and sit across from Zoe at the table when she speaks.

"Hey, wanna do something today? It is our last day of no school."

"Sure what did you have in mind" I respond. From across the table I see her smirk and she opens her mouth to talk

Connor's Pov

I wake up around 11:30 to the sound of silence. I sit up and look around the dark room. My blinds were closed so, none of the sunlight came in. I sit up and swing my legs around to the edge of the bed and push myself up. Standing up fully, I walk out of my room and into the living area. I see that Evan's door is open, and he is not in the kitchen, so I assume he is not in the dorm. 

If I'm being completely honest with myself, I'm actually kind of disappointed that he isn't here. I mean, I know things have been awkward between us but, I would actually like to get to know him. After staring off into the distance for sometime I come back down to earth and go get a bowl of cereal from the kitchen. I sit down at the table with my cereal when I hear my phone ding from my room. I get up to check it. I immediately see it's a text from Alana.

Alana: Hey, I have a great idea of what could do today as out last day of freedom.

I roll my eyes. Last time wasn't exactly fun.

Connor: Do I have to go?

Alana: Yes, anyway Zoe had this idea too...

A/n Hey guys sorry again I haven't updated I have been super busy. I'm also sorry this is a very boring chapter because:

1. It all leads up to something

and

2. It's kinda hard for me to write fluff for this ship, but I'll do my best

Hope you enjoyed this chapter and I will update on Friday. And since that school is ending soon I should have more time to update and It should be a little more frequent until school starts up again. Thank you for all the support I'm glad you like my story
