Chapter 6: No One Deserves To Disappear

A/n Wazzzzup guys welcome back to another chapter (woah YouTuber deja vu) hope you guys like it and I wanted to tell you this poem

Connor's Pov:

I woke up around 3:30 which means I slept for about an hour. I got up and left my room to be blinded by the light from the common room. Evan's room door was open which means he isn't here (heere...sorry). Not really knowing what to do I just walk in circles in the common room till I finally decide to go get my phone out of my room. I walk in and flick on the light so, I can see what I was doing. I walk over to the bedside table and unplug my phone and turn it on. I just stare at the blank screen with no notifications.

"Am I really that invisible" I think to myself

I unlock the phone and not knowing what to do I just swipe the screen side to side. After n not even a minute I get bored from doing that. I click off my phone and just throw it on the bed and walk out of the room. I go back out to the living area and just stand in the middle of the room not knowing what to do. My very busy schedule of doing nothing was interrupted when I hear a ding come from my room. I go back to the room to see what the notification was. I got a little burst of excitement to know that I got a notification but it immediately went away when I saw that it was a weather notification (sorry about the long run on sentence). Instead of just staring at my blank phone screen I decide to go out and get some fresh air. I grab all the stuff I need and head out the door. I was walking through the hallway not paying attention to my surroundings when I run right smack into someone. I look down to see it was Evan.

"oh...I'm....Uh...sorry for... running into you" He say while looking down at the ground

"It's fine I guess" I mutter and just walk past him.

I keep walking till I make it out of the dorm building. I leave the building and walk on the paved path that leads to the on campus cafe. I walk in and sit down at the table in the corner alone. Instead of doing anything I just look out the window. After looking out the window I check my phone and still see nothing new. After staring at the screen I realized what I should do.

Jared's Pov

I was sitting on the couch in my dorm talking to my room mate Michael (*Audience whoops and claps* I wanted to do this don't hate me and I know it is cheesy but I don't care) since I've moved into my dorm we've become good friends. Even though we haven't known each other for very long I find it easy to talk to him about stuff... especially the stuff I can't talk to my friends about.

Connor's Pov:

I walk through the hallway with all the dorm room numbers slowly counting the numbers in my head until I get to my number. When I reach my dorm I put the key in the lock and click it open. The door swings open and I walk in. I take all the stuff out of my pockets and set them on the table by the door.I look around the dorm to see if Evan was here (heere) but by the looks of it he isn't. After that I go to the bathroom and look at myself in the mirror. I look at my imperfections everything bad about me. After looking in the mirror for a while I roll of the sleeves of my sweatshirt and grab the razor. I pull out the blade and examine it for a second.

"I'm sure no would notice if I were to just.........disappear" I think to myself

Evan's Pov:

I just got back from my last class of the day which ended at 5:30. I walked into my dorm and set all my stuff down on the table next to the door. I could see other stuff on the table so I was assuming Connor was here. I decide walk around the dorm to see if he was actually here or he just left his stuff and went out. I from where I was standing I could see that he wasn't in the common room or the kitchen so I go decide to check the bathroom. I walk around the corner to see if the door was open but instead I saw the unexpected. There stood Connor with his sleeves rolled up and a razor blade inches away from his skin. From the looks of it he didn't know I was here.

"NO!!" I yell out. which made him drop the blade and look at me with a worried look

I run over pick up the blade throw it out of the room. After I look up to his face and say

"Why would you even think of doing that?" I ask him

A/n just to clear things up a bit. Evan is about stuff to Connor but he doesn't believe it himself he's just saying it to make Connor feel better...so yeah back to the story and just to say he hasn't broken his arm yet (Key word "yet"). hope that cleared a few things up.

He doesn't respond to me instead he just looks down at his feet and stays quiet. I was about to turn and leave until he grabs my wrist. I turn around and see that he has looked up. He opens his mouth to speak but nothing comes out.

A/n ok so... Connor is about to explain but I'm not going to go into detail... sorry

"Why would you do that" I ask him again

"Cause I'm invisible" Is all he says

I look at him with a puzzled face and I think he understood because he started to going into detail about why. We just sat their on the bathroom floor talking for about an hour and a half. During that time he showed me the slashes on his wrist and told me how he that if I wouldn't have came he would have gone farther. When we were done talking I understood why. It was around 7:00. We got up from the bathroom floor and went into the common room. I turn to him and ask

"Hey...do um...maybe want to...go get something to eat"

He doesn't say anything but just nods. We both grab our stuff from the table by the door and head out of the door. As we walk down the hallway I think.

"I think we've probably grown closer as friends."

A/n Hello hello hello... hope you liked this chapter sorry it came up late. I'm ordering these chapters in front of the pictures so they all go in one shot for those newcomers. Hope you enjoyed. Next chapter will probably not have much of Evan, Connor, Zoe, Alana because it will (roland) be mostly about Jared.
