3 years.

I rode Caramel across the train tracks as everyone else followed. We decided to keep moving just in case the walkers in the small village decided to follow us. I rode for a while, I was starting to get attached to Caramel. I didn't want her to end up as walker food. I made a sudden stop at a fork in the railroad tracks. I turned back to the rest of the group.

"Where should we go?" I asked.

Rick looked at a map we found.

"Right. Go right."

I rode slightly ahead of the group. We were getting close to Canada now, my second home. The map we found had notes written on it. It gave directions to where survivors are supposed to be.

"Hello?" A small voice squeaked in front of me. The darkened sky prevented me from seeing what was ahead.

"Who are you?" I questioned.

"I'm Clementine. Who are you?"

"I'm Sadie. How old are you?"

"I'm 8, my birthday was yesterday."

"Oh, um... Where are your parents?"

The little girl just stared at me in silence, silent tears run down her cheeks. I jumped off of Caramel and gathered her into a hug. I lifted her off the ground and on to Caramel. I hopped on myself and we galloped towards the rest of our group. She stopped crying and clung onto the horse.

"This is Clementine." I said to our group.

"Where are her parents?" Rick walked over to us. Clementine started to sob again.

"Don't worry, we'll find-" Michonne started. "They got bit!" Clementine squeaked through her sobs.

Everyone gave her a sad look, other than Daryl who kept a stone face on.

"What should we do about her?" Beth asked.

"She's part of our group now." Rick stated. Everyone nodded their heads in agreement.

"It's getting dark, we should camp out for the night." Carl suggested.

We all shared tents by the railroad. I decided to share with Carl.

"Heya." I yawned when he stepped into the small green tent.

"What's up." He sighed.

"The sky." I chuckled. "Nothing much."

"Same."

"Crap. Only one sleeping bag." I sighed. He shrugged and crawled in.

"Oh well." He smirked.

I crawled in next to him. He snuggled up beside me. I turned to my side and faced him. He was still smirking.

"What?" I questioned.

"Perfect opportunity for our first kiss." I laughed.

"Well, you just ruined any romantic mood whatsoever." He frowned at my joke.

I leaned in and gave him a kiss. He smiled against my mouth and kissed me back. I felt a wave of emotions. Excitement, happiness, and more. The kiss was deep but short. I stared into his eyes. He had a huge geeky grin on his face. He lied down on his back. I gave him a small kiss on his cheek and snuggled up to his side. I shut my eyes and fell into a deep sleep.

I sat in a tall oak tree. Lilly sat beside me. She was wearing a beautiful lace dress, a pink flower in her wavy blonde hair. Huge wings spread out on her back.

"Alex told me that you said hi." She giggled. "I thought I would pay you a visit."

"Oh." I sighed.

"Oh? That's it?" She commented. "Oh, I know what you're thinking."

"You do?" I questioned.

"Look, I'm sorry that I was such a bitch and I forgive you for completely screwing up my face."

I looked up at her. Her face was just as I last saw it. Bloody, disfigured, and unrecognizable. I screamed.

"What's wrong? This is what you did!" She laughed.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I was angry! I didn't mean for this to happen!" I sobbed.

"I told you already, you're forgiven." She calmly stated.

I scrambled away from her and fell off the ridiculously tall tree. I fell for what seemed like hours. I soared through memories and people I lost. I screamed and sobbed. I crashed into the ground. All went black.

"I'm sorry, Lilly! I'm so so sorry!" I mumbled and jumped awake. I snuggled up to a still passed out Carl. I gave him a small kiss and reached into my bag, pulling out my drawing kit. I looked at Carl and started drawing, taking my mind off that wicked dream.

I was almost finished drawing when I heard a strange sound. A train.
