3 years.

Lately, I sat in the trees, avoiding everyone. I told the idiots not to let Alex join us. I swear, I'll murder him in his sleep.

"Sadie, we found a town near by! We're gonna go on a run! Wanna join us?"

"Sure, I guess." I sighed. There's nothing much to anyways.

I saddled Caramel and I rode away with Michonne and to my horror, Alex. I trotted behind Alex and Michonne, avoiding any eye contact with him. Just thinking about the dirty rotten bastard made me shudder in disgust.

"So, what were you doing before this shit?" Michonne questioned Alex.

"Oh you know. I was into sports, I focused on my studies instead of girls. I was to shy anyways. I was always the quiet type but I had a few close friends." He finished his little lie and chuckled.

"Michonne, he's lying. Just saying, he was the one who always bullied me." Alex scowled at me.

After about 20 minutes riding, we reached a small walk in clinic. Beside it was a grocery store. We tied our horses outside and walked into the walk in clinic, only a few walkers roamed around. We took care of them easily. We grabbed whatever medical supplies was left and started walking towards the grocery store. Very little food was left. We all separated into different aisles and grabbed whatever food we could find. I was grabbing some cans of soup when I heard someone yell, Alex. I ran towards the noise. I heard groans and moans, walkers. Alex opened a storage area that was full of walkers.

"RUN!" Michonne yelled.

Me and Alex ran outside as Michonne fought off the walkers. I hopped onto Caramel and looked around, deciding where to go. The sleepy village was crowded with hundreds if walkers, swarming around us. I rode Caramel straight into the forest and Ale followed, shooting any walkers that got too close. We rode at high speed for about 10 minutes. Our horses got tired and we stopped by a stream.

"Shit." I panted. "Michonne."

Alex wandered around, cursing like an idiot. I cupped some water into my hands and drank a bit. Caramel joined me and we drank together. Suddenly someone grabbed my hips and smashed me into a near by tree. Alex collided into me, smashing his lips into mine. I tried to hit and kick but his grip on me was too strong.

"I know you always wanted me." He whispered into my ear.

I tried to yell for help but my breath was knocked out of me. His tongue went into my mouth and I hit him as hard as I could. He let out a small yelp and pinched me.

"I know you want comfort in this apocalypse." He snickered. "I know you want me.

He pressed me even harder into the tree, still kissing me. I kicked him hard in the nuts and reached for my knife.

"You bitch!" He yelled.

"Don't make me use this." I warned.

"You wouldn't." He lunged at me but I was too fast.

"You just wanted something, something to use for 'comfort', you sick bastard. Well, know its time for me to get payback." I advanced towards him, knife in hand.

"Please, please don't kill me." He begged.

"Why not?"

"I-I'm sorry!" He whimpered.

"I'm not the forgiving type."

"I know you love me, deep inside you always have." He reached for something behind him. "I could be your boyfriend!"

"Ha, I already have one." I kinda sorta lied.

He pointed a gun at me, but I didn't move.

"Don't you dare come any closer." He said firmly.

I snickered. I knew he didn't have any shots left. He was used them all on walkers. He pulled the trigger. But nothing happened. He tried to reload the shotgun but he was too slow. I threw my knife at his leg and he fell down, whimpering. I let out a cruel laugh.

"Let me end your miserable life."

"Please." He cried.

I was confused. I didn't want to do him any favors but I didn't want him in my life.

"Tell Lilly that I said hi."

"Th-Thanks." He closed his eyes. I stabbed him in the forehead. I cleaned my hands in the river. I felt sickly satisfied. He wanted to die. Then I realized something, why would he want to die? I inspected his body and found a bite mark on his ankle. It was fresh. He must've gotten bit when we tried to escape. I heard a horse walking and a sudden gasp.

"Sadie... What the hell?"

"Look, Michonne, he was bit." She stepped towards the body. "And he harassed me." I added quietly.

Michonne pulled me into a hug.

"Oh god, this world is sick." She sighed.

My cheeks felt wet and I realized that I was crying.

"Do you know the way back?" I murmured.

"Yeah, lets go."

We led the horses back to our camp. Everyone gave us questioning looks. Michonne shook her head.

"We'll have to leave tomorrow. The walkers might get here."
