3 years.

We moved the couch in front of the front door, blocking the entrance if anyone comes. We sat in front Rick in complete silence. I glanced at Carl, tears collected in his eyes but non dared to spill down his cheeks. I looked back at Rick. I decided to start a conversation.

"He's probably a more interesting person to be around when new bit in a coma."

"No, not really," he started "all he did back in our old group was tend to his garden, avoiding everyone. He wasn't a being a good person, a good dad. He started a council to make decisions because he wanted to stay out of it. He knew the governor was coming but he stayed quiet, in his god damn garden. He didn't do anything. He wasn't protecting us, not me, not Judith. Now everyone's probably dead. You hear that dad? They're all lost, most likely dead! And it's al you fault! And you won't even wake up! WAKE UP! WAKE UP! WAKE-"

"Oh shit..." I murmured

Grumbles and moans escaped from behind the front door. Walkers scratched the door, trying to get in.

"Lets get out through the back, we'll kill them, easy."

"I-I don't wanna kill them."

"What the hell do you mean?" He whispered harshly.

"I don't want to kill anymore."

"You know what, fine. I'll do it myself. Just, be there... In case."

I sighed. We went out the back door and and walked towards the front of the house. Seemed like Carl already had a plan in mind, a dumb one too.

He started yelling at the walkers that were scratching at the front door.

"HEY, ASSHOLES! COME OVER HERE! COME ON! LETS GO!" he shouted over there groans. They looked back at Carl. One of them started walked over to us but the other one just continued scratching at the door. Carl continued yelling. Soon, both the walkers were heading towards Carl.

He was getting ready to kill them when another walker popped up from behind him.

"Carl! Watch out!" I yelled.

"Oh shit."

He tripped and fell on the ground. I raise my gun with shaking hands and tried to shoot, but missed horribly.

One of the walkers crawled on top of him. He shot it in the head as a second one crawled on as well. He shot it. The last, but biggest, walker piled on top of him. He shot it 3 times, in the chest, shoulder, and finally, his head. He stood up, wobbly, and threw up whatever was left in his stomach. He straightened up and looked at me.

"What the hell was that?!" He shouted at me.

"I-I... I missed." I said quietly.

"You could've just went and stabbed them like you did with your little damn friend back at the other house!"

"You should quiet down. Don't want to attract anymore Walkers"

He glared at me and walked back into the house. I stood there in the middle of the mess for a second. And walked back into the house. Carl was sitting in front of Rick again.

"I killed all three of them, without any help. Without you, without Sadie, without anyone."

I went upstairs and crawled out a window. Sitting on the warm roof. Thinking about jumping down, head first.

I had no one left. No one to comfort me, protect me, help me. I was alone, and scared. I thought that maybe, just maybe, I can join the rest of my friends and family. What if I just died.
