Life As We Know It

Chapter7(:

Derek slowly sat up from the table and i leaned in closer to it not knowing what he was to do. As he sat up he came even closer to me when he finally got to me he just stared into my eyes for a second and then he did it, he kiss me! He sat back down and gave me a weird look and i of course wasn't in respond yet.

"Are you going to say somthing?"

I just stood there like an idiot not moving anything.

"Right that was a little to soon right i'm sorry:("

Then it finally all hit me, he kissed me and he felt bad about it i finally spoke,

"NO! Don't feel bad it felt really nice i was just a little surprised about it that's all"

" Well good cause i kinda liked it to and i would love to hang out some more with you."

"That sounds awesome i'll keep myself available for our next date:)"

"That sounds awesome"

He now had the biggest grin on his face that i had ever seen before in my life he turned to the side and got a little face that told me that he was really creeped out i turned to see Chris sitting there with all his friends just looking at me with a hateful expression! Derek stood up i had no idea what he was about to do.

"Hey dude, why don't you take a picture it will last longer" 

Chris got up and started making his why over to Derek. Derek just stood there and glared at him. Chris came over and started to fight with him.

"You know you really shouldn't be starting something with someone when you steal there girl"

I stood up right away!

"YOUR GIRL CHRIS! DON'T YOU REMEMBER WE WENT ON ONE DATE AND THEN WHEN WE WENT TO HAVE OUR SECOND YOU STOOD ME UP, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!"

Derek turned to me with a shocked look on his face he could see that i was hurt and angry.

He pulled me into a hug and whispered in my ear "would you like to go we could go back to my place or you can just go it's up to you?"

I looked at him a way that i never looked at anyone before

"Lets go back to your place that way we can hang out some more"

So we did once again i got into my car and followed him there.  When we got there i sat in my car for a second sending my mom a text telling her not to wait up i'd be home late. Derek made his way over to my car and opened the door for me he held out his hand for me to grab and i very willingly excepted the offer. Derek was different than other guys and i just didn't know how yet but he was. he led me up to his apartment and when we got in there he took me straight to the couch.

"So what do you want to do?" he asked in a very nice way.

"idk. Do you have like a movie or something?"

"No but a can go and get one if that's what you want to do?"

"No,it's fine we can just watch some TV and get to know each other a little better:)"

so that's what we did we watched TV and just talked all night it really was a good night!

When i woke up in the morning at first i didn't know where i was and then i turned to see that I was laying beside Derek on him couch with my head on his chest. normally i wouldn't even dream of doing something like this with a guy but he was different in so many way! i felt him wake up and i turned and looked at him and hi waking up face it was kinda sexy:)

"Good Morning. Did you sleep well?"

I nodded my head and then said "Good Morning to you to"

I slowly sat up and he just stayed there laying he put him hands behind his head. i looked over at his cloak to see that it was 5:48.i started to wonder why my mom hadn't called me? i would just use Ry as a cover up:) I Felt to hand begin to slowly rub my back i turned slowly only to see Derek now sitting up and rubbing my back and shoulders that boy was a cute!

It was now six and his alarm started to go off he got up and shut it off turning to me with a very upset face

"I have to go to work" He was rubbing the back of his neck like he didn't want to.

"It's OK we can just hang out again some other time."

He gave me one of those looks like he had a plan. He came over to me and sat down behind me.

"Well why don't we go out tonight we can go to a club or something and have a few drinks?"

"that sounds like fun:)"

"Good so we'll meet here around 8 then i'll drive us there?"

"Thats sounds great"

He kissed me again and then told me i could wait till he left for work if i wanted to but he really needed to go and get ready. i decided i would  leave i told him goodbye and he kissed me again! As soon as i got out to my car i called Ry and told her what had happened and she screamed into the phone she was just as excited as i was! Asked her to come over later and help me pick out something to wear.

It was now 5 and i just got out of the shower and there was Ry sitting on my bed with 5 full shopping bags! We went thought them all.there was tops and jeans and real short skirts dresses everything you could thing of. I finally decided on a jean skirt with a few holes and a strapless blue shirt. Ry did all my hair and my all my make up. By the time we finished it was 7:30so i told her that i need to leave a checked to be shore that  she would cover for me. she no doubt in my mind she agreed and we headed off I left my parents a note telling them what I was doing and then left.

i pulled up to Dereks building it was ten till eight. Just as i was about to get out Derek came over and opened my door for me he was such a gentel man.

"Are you ready to go?"

"yepp:)"

We walked slowly over to his car he opened the door for and i sat down he went over to his side and got in and off we were!
