Waige (3) [Part 1]

Hey guys, here's a little note from me: I'm glad you guys are reading my stories and I hope that you will continue to read these little stories I post. **And this is Part 3 of Waige this is a different story.

Walter and Paige sit talking in the garage when Sly and Toby come in.

Paige: Look, we'll have to finish talking about that later.
Toby: What was going on here? (Pointing to Paige and Walter) Did we interrupt something here?
Walter: No, we were just talking. Did you guys bring the case?
Sly: Yes, most of it is right here in the city and based on the briefing they gave us, we may not even have to leave the garage.
Walter: Where's Cabe and Happy? Didn't they get the memo? And what's the "most of it" mean?
Toby: Cabe and Happy are at the other part of the mission, in Taiwan. Cabe is there for brute back up and Happy has to find something to build. Typical case, right?

The team puts in their comms and link in Happy and Cabe. They are in Taiwan waiting to hear where they need to go for the case.

Happy: Guys, are you there?
Walter: Yeah, we're here. The paper work says you need to go to the South Side of.... um actually it doesn't say anything past that. It just says the South Side. Sly, can you pull that up on a map?
Sly: Sure can, here you go.
Paige: The whole country is highlighted, Sly?
Sly: That's what came up when I searched for South Side Taiwan. No businesses, areas, or anything is called South Side. Unless... it's slang for a Casino or bar.
Toby: No one in Taiwan would call their hangout the "South Side," it's not in the personalities. They would call it Hangers, or possibly even Outside, but never South Side. It would have to be a well known spot and not only to the locals.
Paige: So a tourist spot? Wouldn't that have shown up on the map?
Walter: Yes, it should have. Cabe, Happy I think you need to get out of there quickly. This feels like a trap.

Cabe and Happy follow orders and start to head back toward the airport. There is a loud boom in the distance, toward the airport.

Happy: Not good. Guys, we have a problem.
Paige: What was that, are you guys okay?!?
Cabe: We're okay. But we are not getting home very quickly. The airport just blew up.
Toby: Could you tell which side blew up? That could tell us some info.
Happy: It looked like the... um... South.
Toby: They were expecting you to still be in the airport. "South Side" was the wing of the airport they blew up, they were planning to kill you both. And I have a bad feeling about all of us being in the garage.
Sly: Is it just my fear or is that beep getting faster?
Paige: What beep? A beep sounds
Walter: That one. Grab everything important and move it, quick.
Sly and Toby start grabbing things off their desk, Walter runs upstairs and grabs his computer and flash drives. Paige is grabbing things off her desk. Walter runs back downstairs and grabs Paige's hand.
Walter: Is everyone ready to run? (Looks at Paige) Everything is about to change.
Happy (Over Comm): Toby don't forget to get that thing out of my desk, you know the thing.
Toby: Oh yeah, I forgot we left that here. (Running toward Happy's desk)
Paige: What was left here? And why can't Happy mention it?
Happy (OC): We... uh... stayed at the Garage one night. While you and Walter were at your apartment.
Walter: Here? Gross. But we can talk about that later, we need to get out of here now!
