A/N: In case you haven't read the description of this book, this is how the structure of my book is going. There will be a Waige story (1-4 parts) then a Kelyes or Quintis One-Shot to have a break before the next Waige story. Keep reading, story is updated every Monday!
During the Writing of this, I learned that Kelyes had broken up. 😭

Katharine McPhee is in Vancouver for filming. She is on set with her co-stars and the crew/directors are auditioning extras.
Director 1: Next! Calling for Extra number 15 auditioning for cafe admirer.
Extra 15: I'm here, I'm coming. The extra is running clumsily toward the auditioning section. I'm here, I dropped my script on the way here.
The extra is dressed in a long coat and a button up shirt. His hair is black and curly on the top of his head.
Director 2: Are you ready to read?
Extra 15: Yes.
Director 2: We will be reading the section that you have with Katharine, or Katie. Since she's here, she's agreed to read with you.
Katharine walks over and stands beside the Extra.
Katharine: Hey, I'm Kat. I'll be reading your pa- as she is talking, the Extra turns to her and reveals his true identity- ELYES! What are you doing here?
Elyes: I wanted to surprise you! And see if there were any openings in the movie.
Kat: You certainly surprised me, but I really need to get to work. Are you reading for the part or not.
Elyes: Yes. I am.
Director 1: Ready? Take 1. Standby. The scene starts as Kathie is in a cafe, you are walk by and see her in the booth, you go in and sit on the other side. A-and Action!
Elyes composes himself and holds the script up in front of him. 
Elyes: Hey, I saw you from the window.
Kat: Umm, who are you?
Elyes: Does that matter? Can't we just have coffee together? Where do you really have to be?
Kat: I need to be at school, but I stopped to have a latte and study a little bit.
Elyes: Then I guess I'll help you study. He brushes his thumb on her bottom jawline. Don't you need a little help?
Kat: I guess I could use some company.
Director 2: Scene!
Kat and Elyes still have their eyes locked, his hand still rests on her chin.
Director 1: That was great! You got the part, now it's up to you to find living space to stay in until the end of June. We like to have all cast and crew to stay for the entire filming session, so we can see how they possibly could play with other scenes.
Elyes: Oh, that sounds great. I'm sure I can find a hotel or something.
Kat: Well I've got to go, they need me at the makeup trailer. I'll see you at the Vancouver Special Motel&Suites after work okay.
She pulled a hotel card out of her phone case and handed it to Elyes.
Elyes: I'll meet you there.

Kat goes to get set up for a scene, they end up not shooting. She leaves set in her outfit and makeup for the scene. Elyes is at the Motel.
Kat (To Herself): Gosh, I have to leave in this getup. It's not the 80's!

She gets to the Motel room and opens the door.
Elyes: Woah, nice outfit. He chuckles politely.
Kat: Don't say anything, they didn't film the scene we were supposed to, but they had already taken my clothes back to wardrobe. I was mad and wanted to leave.
Elyes: Don't be mad. How long have you been in the business? You know this happens, all the time.
Kat: I know, but I prepared all morning for this.
Elyes: Just take some time to cool down, I'll fix you some wine.
Kat: I can always use a good glass of wine.
She sits down on the side of the bed, and Elyes goes into the little kitchen area.
Elyes: So, how was your morning, you know before I showed up? He brings her the glass of wine, with one in his hand as well.
Kat: It was good, typical filming stuff. I walk in, they do lights, I walk out, they call me back and do cameras. Just repetitive nonsense.
Elyes: Well, that's show business. Just repetitive nonsense that makes money.
Kat: But now it's okay, because you're here.  We can do some sight seeing together.
Elyes: Based on your Instagram, you've already done some.
Kat: Yeah, with Nick. That was fun. But we can go to some more romantic places. There are tons of restaurants and bars I wanted to hit.
Elyes: We can do that, but you have to change first. It's not the 80's anymore Kat.
Kat: Oh, shut it.
