So I found later after I made the previous chapters that Tony's parents died when he was actually around 21 years old. But for this story I'm moving that age to while he was still in MIT. Just a warning to you guys that Tony's Parents technically died in 1991 when Tony was 21 years old.

Tony's Age: 17 Years Old

Percy's Age: 31 mentally (roughly 4 wolf years--aging slowly)

The day was like no other. Meaning Tony was fiddling with scrap pieces of metal and creating something. Dum-E was rolling all around the room accidentally bumping into stuff, and I was with Rhodey who was reading on his bed while Dum-E kept knocking stuff over.

At least, it was a normal day until I heard soft footsteps on their way toward our door. Which was confusing because barely anyone ever stopped by this dorm room after a building-gone-wrong happened.

As the footsteps grew closer I realized they had the same walking pattern that Jarvis did. But they were off slightly. They were until I realized it wasn't just one set of footsteps but rather two.

Recognizing the near silent steps as Peggy's, I jumped off the tail quickly and waited by the door feeling excited.

"What's with Percy?" Rhodey asked toward Tony as he spotted me slowly dancing in my spot at the prospect of seeing Peggy and Jarvis again.

Tony looked at my confused until a knock sounded at the door, I instantly barked and propped myself against the door to try and turn the doorknob.

But this wasn't like the doorknobs at home, these ones were circular and a lot harder to grasp between my paws.

"Down boy." Tony said as he shoved me off the wall. I quickly peaked through his legs as he blocked the doorway so I didn't escape.

"Jarvis? Peggy?" Tony's confused voice made me pause.

They never came without telling Tony. So why the expectant visit? And why did the air suddenly become negative and somber.

"Rhodey, may we please have the room?" Jarvis asked the older teenager kindly.

As if recognizing something bad happened, Rhodey nodded and shuffled out of the room quickly with a military book clutched in his hands.

Tony stepped away from the door and watched his father figure and aunt enter the room sadly. They even barely gave me a pet before leading Tony toward his bed so he was sitting down.

After that I knew why the air felt somber and like someone had died.

Because two people had.

As soon as the words left Jarvis' mouth, I was right beside Tony who gripped my fur in a tight grip.

"Ho-How did mom die?" Tony's words were choked and he looked like he was about to start crying.

No one talked about how he was just asking about his mom and not his dad, both deaths were the same in the end anyway.

"A car crash on the way to Long Island." Peggy said softly but I narrowed my eyes slightly, there was more to the story that she wasn't saying.

Though, it wasn't like I could really ask her what she wasn't letting on, especially when Tony needed me more than ever right now.

Speaking of Tony, his grip on my fur tightened even more and I instantly buried my head in his chest where he unconsciously wrapped his arms around my neck.

No one spoke for a few minutes, as they let Tony digest what they were saying. It wasn't until they thought he had enough time to process that they spoke once more.

"The funeral is going to happen in 3 days. We already cleared it with MIT Board Directors. Your flight is tomorrow night. Sadly, neither Jarvis or I will be able to escort you. But Obadiah said he would if you just ask. Do you want me to ask him to escort you?" Peggy asked softly as she placed her hand on Tony's knee softly.

"No thank you. Percy and I will be fine on the plane alone." Tony's voice sounded like it was playing a recording. There was barely any emotion in it as his mind was constantly thinking and processing the news.

"Alright, sweetie. Just call me before then and it will be arranged. I'm so sorry to cut this short. Just, whenever you need me I'm just a call away. Okay?" Peggy asked as she slowly drew her nephew in a hug.

As Tony closed his eye in the embrace he let out a shaky breath. "Okay," he said finally.

Kissing his forehead softly, Peggy made her way out of the room leaving Jarvis, Tony, and I.

"I will be setting the funerals up," Jarvis said softly after a few seconds of silence, "your teachers will understand if you don't show up for class the rest of today and tomorrow. It's up to you if you want to tell Rhodey. I am sorry Master Anthony that I have to leave so soon."

Jarvis looked regretfully at Tony who just stared at him for a few seconds before leaping off the bed and drawing the older male in a hug. "Thank you for handling that Jarvis. I know I wouldn't be able to," Tony said softly and I knew it took a lot for him to admit it.

Slowly, I crawled toward the end of the bed where the hug was and nuzzled Tony's back shoulder.

Almost instantly, Tony detached himself from Jarvis to grip my fur tightly in a hug as I nuzzled his cheek.

Jarvis looked sadly at Tony once more before drawing the teenager in another hug before reluctantly leaving.

As soon as the door closed, Tony buried his head beneath mine and I smelt salt as Tony slowly let silent tears out.

I nuzzled Tony's cheek until he looked up at me where I could lick his tears up. He gave me a hesitant smile before crawling into his bed again.

Saying nothing, I crawled to his side and laid my head to his chest where I felt it shaking from his silent tears.

Tony closed his eyes tightly and I could feel him slip into a fitful sleep. His hand still grasping my fur tightly as if reassuring himself, even asleep, that I was still right beside him and not going anywhere.

A couple hours later, a confused Rhodey came back into the door room. As soon as he spied the sleeping Tony with red cheeks, he silently made his way to his side of the room and kept quiet throughout the next day. Waiting for Tony to talk to him about the news that Peggy and Jarvis brought.

It wasn't until three hours before that Tony explained to Rhodey where we would be going for the next day. He spent the next three hours reassuring Rhodey he would be okay before Tony and I boarded the plane.

Both of us not really prepared for the emotional issues that were to come.

So I hope I portrayed Tony alright, I honestly have no idea how he really reacted to the news his parents died. But I picture him trying to be brave and not show any sadness in front of people. At least not until they're gone and he's alone then he would silently grief.
