"Sergeant! Sergeant!" we were yelling as we ran back to the military training camp.
"What is it, new recruits?" the sergeant asked us, putting her newspaper down in her lap. "Did you manage to take down their leader?"
"Um, about that..." Mackenzie said sheepishly. "He's on Earth right now, and um... he wants to see us."
The sergeant just stared at us, as if she wasn't sure if she wanted to believe us or not. "Wait a sec... the leader knows you?"
"Well... technically, yeah. We kinda had an encounter with him the other day..." I explained. "Basically, we have these powerful orbs and he wants them so-"
Heath elbowed me in the ribs, which I took a sign of getting me to shut up.
"Don't speak any further, I already know how to handle this," the sergeant sighed. She pressed a button on her walkie and hissed into it, "I have recruits in need of returning to Earth. Get them on the first available flight back home."
None of us could hear what came through on the other end. The sergeant nodded a few seconds later, then shut off her walkie and looked back at us. "You have one hour to get your stuff together before we send you back to Earth."
So we set off to gather our belongings.

As Jack, Sam, and I were walking back to meet up with the girls, Jack asked me, "Were we seriously only here for 5 days?"
"Assuming the way this planet handles time the same way Earth does, yes," I replied.
"Wow... it felt like much longer."
"Then maybe it wasn't 5 days," Sam smirked. "It was probably 6 or 7 Earth days."
"Who knows anymore?" I laughed.
When we arrived at the rocket that was evidently going to take us home, none of us were honestly surprised to find Avalon there, along with the girls, of course.
"Decided you had enough, huh?" Avalon smirked. "Once again, can't say I blame ya."
"How'd you get here, and why'd you come?" Julianna asked.
"Stowed away on one of the ships going, just like you guys did. Thought I'd get in on some of the action as well," Avalon explained. "Besides, like I told you guys- I've always loved space, and now I can say I've gone there."
"Well, on that note, see ya back on Earth," I told her, waving to her.
"Later, losers." Avalon laughed. We just ignored her comment and climbed aboard the ship (except for Sam, who gave Avalon the finger. I heard Avalon scoff in reply). The pilot asked where we were planning on returning to, so we told him where our hometown was. Then, just like that, we blasted off back to Earth.
The ride home pretty much went almost exactly like the ride to Korelian. Once we escaped the gravity we just messed around with it in as many ways as we could. Sam and Elle did a floating waltz of sorts, Jack and Mackenzie were playing space volleyball, and Julianna was just doing her own thing.
So, being me, I decided to approach Eghosa once more. When she noticed me, I asked her, "Hey... wanna, I dunno, have a no-gravity dance-off or something?"
She shook her head. "I'm good. Thanks for asking, though."
"Okay."
Long story short- ever since Skylar and I broke up, I've been trying to get with Eghosa. Yeah, it's not working out too hot at the moment...

Days later, we finally arrived back on Earth. After we hopped off of the ship, Sam asked us, "Wanna see how this place has changed since we left?"
"Nah. I'm sleepy," Julianna answered.
"Well, then let's get some rest," Mackenzie suggested. "Because Lord knows we're going to need it."
We decided it would be weird if we just went into one of our houses right now, so we got out the sleeping bags we brought with us and just found a quiet place to sleep in a group of trees.

It's about time we revisit our friend, Luke, again, eh?
At the moment, Luke was sneaking into the lair of the Great Big Boss. As he does, two of the Great Big Boss' helpers, Dennis and Bradley, are having a discussion in one of the rooms.
"I never used to be afraid of Boss... but now I'm starting to gain a little bit of fear from him," Dennis said nervously to Bradley.
"I can see where you're coming from," Bradley sighed. "The big guy's been acting crazy ever since he came back."
"What do you think about attempting a coup d'etat?" Dennis asked, almost unable to say those words.
"Dennis, that's a silly idea. Hey... wait a minute, who's that?" Bradley asked, staring outside the office window. A young boy (surprise- it was Luke) was walking right outside of the office.
"I dunno, but that kid shouldn't be here," Dennis growled. He and Bradley leaped outside behind Luke, and Bradley yelled, "Hey, ya little runt! You shouldn't be here!"
Luke turned around in surprise, and his hands went flying up to the skies. "Shit..." he muttered.
"What do you think you're doing here, kid?" Bradley hissed, raising a fist.
Luke didn't answer.
"ANSWER ME!"
"I was sent here to... uh... take on the Great Big Boss," Luke replied sheepishly.
Dennis and Bradley looked at each other, and a small smile formed on both of their faces. Luke stared at them, confused. "Uh... you guys gonna kill me, or..."
"No. But only if you agree to help us with a little something," Dennis sneered.
"Like...?"
"Come with us. We'll explain the whole plan to you," Bradley offered, somehow already having a plan in his head (hey, don't ask me). For the second time in a week, Luke hesitantly walked away with people he didn't know as they explained their plan to him.
So much for loyal servants, huh?
SUPER SUPER rushed, but I'm proud of myself for getting something done. We've passed the 65 song mark at this point, so I guess there's something to be proud of.
I might try to also get a chapter of TW Edited done tonight, although I make no promises on that.
