He was wearing an oxygen mask, and he had a machine rolling beside him. I fell to my knees, and looked on in shock. I started crying, I placed my hands over my face to try and cover it. Then I felt a hand on my back. I looked beside me, and Kieran was there. I set my head back on his chest and kept crying. He held out one of his hands to help me up. I held onto his hand and his shoulder, and got onto my feet. I put the side of my head on his chest, and he put his arms around me. He kept saying "it's okay, it's okay," but I didn't know if it was.
A nurse came over and asked if I wanted some X-rays. I nodded and slowly followed her to the examination room. She told me I had a broken wrist, and a slight concussion. I kind of thought that was why my head hurt, and I kept getting dizzy.
She wrapped my wrist in a cast and told me to come back in two weeks for a check up.
I went back out into the waiting room and walked towards Kieran. He stood up as I approached him, and we sat down at the same time.
"So how's everything?" He asked.
"Okay I guess... I have a broken wrist, and a concussion."
"A bad one?" He asked concerned.
"No no, just slight." I looked at him with tears in my eyes.
He intertwined his fingers with mine.
"I was so scared Kieran. I can't believe I let him in."
"I'm so sorry. He's a psycho, and I'm never gonna let him near you again."
He said, and lifted my hand to kiss it.
