Derrik ran around his large backyard with his siblings, laughing and having fun. Life has always been good for Derrik and his family in the village of Okasis. That was, until Tula invaded Okasis. Everyone continues life as they normally do but there is something new added to their life now. Fear. As he continued to chase his siblings, Derrik noticed someone as he passed the yard, walking along the cobblestone streets. The person looked like Vylad Ro'meave, the third born sob of Lord Garte Ro'meave of Okasis. That was impossible, however. Vylad Ro'meave is dead. Derrik had seen a few paintings of him and his family around Okasis and everyone says he's dead. Derrik stopped chasing his siblings and just watched the man as he passed. The man must've noticed this because he stopped walking and turned to look at Derrik, giving him a small smile and waving at him. Derrik returned the wave, still confused by this. He wasn't able to do much more before he heard shouts and the man took off running.
