Tingly Lips

*Kiara's POV*

         "Wait you guys" I called out as I ran behind India and Liza leaving Tzara standing alone in the hallway. I tapped India's shoulder. "What was that post about?" I asked, clueless. India and Liza snickered. India smacked her lips. "Nothing you need to know." She replied smugly. I bit my lip, cowed. "How come Liza gets to know?" India shrugged. "I wanted her to know, I don't want to tell you". My face twisted up with anger. "Screw you" I turned on my heel and marched out of the building.

I slumped into my car and rolled the windows down. Why are people so infuriating? I yanked my black rubber band off my wrist and pulled my hair up into a bun. I took a sip of water from my water bottle. 

"What do you mean you can't tell me? Its okay to tell India but you can't tell me!? Go rot in hell." A voice screamed. 

I got out of my car and saw an extremely agitated Tzara wiping away her tears. I approached her cautiously. Her green eyes fluttered towards me. "Hey." I said softly. "Hi." She turned away and got into her car. She jammed her keys in and started the engine. Even though I was outside I could still hear her as she swore loudly. She got out of her car and slammed the door shut. "Fuel tank is empty. Can I-". "Sure" I interrupted.

When we got onto the road I decided I should ask her about her talk with Alexis. 

"So that talk with Alexis. What was that about?" I asked. She let out a sigh. "She isn't telling me anything these days. Whenever I talk to her she just phases out. I just want to SCREAM". I laughed lightly . "I can help with that".

I got out of the car and gestured for Tzara to come join me. "Whenever I'm angry at someone I just come out here and scream."

 I walk to the edge and stare at the crystal water below. Tzara joined me. "This is really high" she remarked. "Have you ever jumped from here?" I shook my head hastily. 

"Come on" she pleaded. "It will be fun". I bit my nail. Tzara shrugged 

"Okay, I'm going to do it anyway". She peeled off her off shoulder top and shorts. She wasn't wearing a bra.  I averted my eyes. She bounded up to me and pulled of the rubber band that was holding my hair and put her white blonde hair into a bun. 

She went back a few steps, then took a running start and dived into the water. She emerged from the water. "Come on Ki! Just try". What the heck. I pulled off my shirt and stepped out of my denim skirt. I took a deep breath and jumped in.

I choked out the water, laughing.

 "Wasn't that great" Tzara smiled at me. I nodded. Tzara moved toward me and moved a wet strand of my hair out of my face. We looked at each other. Tzara leaned forward and lightly brushed her lips against mine. 

She swam away "Come on. I need to get home." she said as if nothing happened. She looked at my, exasperated "Are you just going to stand there gawking". 

I touched my tingling lips and smiled.
