The streets were busy, full of people going about their daily lifes. Zach was at my side. I'd given him the extra ticket. He was the only one of my friends who possibly liked Tom Hiddleston, and enjoyed Loki as much as I. It was only fitting he come along for the ride.

I think everyone believes I only like Tom because of Loki. Truth is those movies weren't where I'd spotted the talented actor. It was Henry V that got me interested in wanting to find out who this incredible man was. He's so many things his character Loki wasn't. Still I love the idea of Loki. What if Loki was real? My friends and I had toyed with that idea from time to time. Like always we came to the same conclusion, he'd be terrifying!

As we made our way into the cab it had begun to rain. "Good thing we packed our umbrella's" ,  I said, pulling out two, one for both Zach and I. The cab ride seemed long. Traffic made it worse. It was rush hour. The rocking of the car almost put me to sleep. Just as my eyes were about to shut , the driver announced we'd arrived at our hotel. Stepping outside we opened our big umbrella's, careful not to inside for bad luck. (I would have none of that so close to the premiere.) We quicky grabbed our 3 luggage bags. Two were mine, 1 Zachs, and pulled them roughly inside. "Wow, I knew we'd have a nice hotel, but I had no idea just how nice!" I was practically jumping at this point.

When we first walked into the hotel lobby I began to look at the hard, cold, tile floor. It was black with little specs that looked like sparkly colored diamonds, just glittering where ever you walked. While taking in the open scenery I noticed that walls were a deep rich colored wood, with gold lining. It looked like something out of a royal palace. There was so much space it nearly took my breath away. We found ourselves just staring in awe, clearly not use to this sort of treatment.

"I feel so very posh!" Zach announced in a fake british accent.  "Zach!!!" I screamed at him, while playfully hitting his arm and smiling. "Come on, Let's see our room". We checked in and made our way up to the 9th floor, and opened the door slowly. We were stunned, the room definately looked the same as the lobby of the hotel,  the beds, curtains, bathroom were all done up with gold!  "You think we can afford this?" Zach said to me looking a big overwhelmed.  "No, but my friends friend sure thinks they can."

The same person who'd given us the Loki premeire tickets, also had paid for our room. Even though I'd insisted since I'd never actually met this person. It was all so secret and odd. When ever I'd ask my friend about it he'd just say ( "It's fine, think of it as a gift!")  I didn't dare try to bring it up in our conversations anymore since he'd only get uncomfortable, and then begin to yell at me. "Lets just be thankful, and just try to enjoy our mini vacation before we go back to the real world." I told Zach calmly.
