(Zach's POV)
"What have we gotten ourselves into?"
"Zach," Sky whispered, even though Loki left already. "I know this looks bad from my end, but we have to play along in order to help Tom, then and only then can we take him down."
I sighed, "Sky, this whole scenario is f'd up! My hand is killing me. How is this even happening to us right now? Do you have definate plan up there in that head of yours?"
"Well...I think he's planning on taking one of us to care for Tom within the next day or so. We need to let Tom know we're really on his side, and allow him to fully trust us. We will escort Loki to the premiere as planned. Then follow my lead, I guess."
"Okay, but what do we do after he announces he's taking reign over us?'
"We'll still do his evil bidding a while, leaving just enough time for Loki to trust us too."
(Sky's POV)
I awoke roughly and early, thanks to Loki. With his magic he was able to talk to me, while still letting Zach sleep peacefully. His visable magic went around us like a shield. It reminded me of a bubble that if I could reach, I could pop. Even though I wasn't enjoying "my stay" with Loki, I did always have a soft spot for his magic, to me, that was thrilling.
"Sky," he spoke softly. "I'm taking you with me to Asgard today. I need to tend to some things their, and you can tend to Tom."
"Sounds good," I was still half asleep, and rubbing my sleepy eyes.
He went on. "I'm going to untie you now. I do not wish to treat you as a prisoner, but rather an ally. If you should decide to disobey me though, I shall not hesitate to take immediate action. Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes Loki, quite."
Was it wrong that I was kinda excited to go to another realm, and not just any other realm, but Asgard! Taken to a place that a couple of days ago, apart from the films I'd seen, didn't believe existed. Not to mention it would be their, that I'd finally meet Tom Hiddleston, not under the best of circumstances I know, but still it counts.
Loki took off the shackles where he led me into the living room. We stood directly in the center. I noticed he'd rearranged the furniture so it was out of the way. Suddenly come over with fear about what we were about do, I began to panic.
Surprisingly Loki was gentle and caring with me embracing me in a warm hug. He immediately put me at ease, and for the first time in a while relaxed. It was then that I noticed my feet rising off the carpet. The room disappearing into a whirl of colors. It felt like my skin was turning inside out. I didn't know how much longer I could stand being this way. My eyes kept shut tight. It probably only lasted a nano second, as my feet slowly touched back to the ground, rather gracefully I might add, Loki still holding onto me tight.
"We're here," he stated calmly.
I began to open my eyes. This world was soooo beautiful, no stunning! It was so bright, not a cloud in the sky. Completely clear. The colors were more brilliant than on Earth, not that Earth didn't have it's beauty, but nothing quite this exquisite. Just seeing the colors blend into eachother, it was as if everyting stood out more. My mouth fell open. I was clearly at a loss for words as I took in my new surroundings I'd only dreamed about before, but was now living.
I hardly noticed Loki, who looked like he was enjoying himself watching me, as I began slowly turning in a circle, wide eyed. He had the biggest grin on this face, and for once actually looked sweet, and real. Not his normal arrogant (I'm in charge) look. It was like I was catching a glimpse of what I hoped was the "real" him, and I was eating it up.
He cleared his throat, "Shall we?" he gestured his hand forward, while offering his other arm for me to hold onto, like a pure gentleman. I looked up at him smiling, "We shall." Instead of riding across the rainbow bridge, he let me walk across some of it, as he pointed out places on Asgard from afar.
There was a small breeze around what I would consider 70 degrees. Perfect. He then teleported us to the front of the castle. We walked in, and it was ever bit as beautiful as the outside had been. Gold everywhere, very Viking/Medieval, which were some of my favourite time periods anyway. I felt strangely at home. Loki ended up giving me a small tour, telling me that Odin had eventually died, as had Frigga, and Thor was married to Jane with children, living between Midgard and Asgard as he pleased. That's right, Loki, ws the king here as well. He wanted to take over Midgard, because as he put it, "was fascinated with us mortals." I actually enjoyed his company for once. I was then led to a small wooden door, to which by the looks of it, I thought would've been small inside. I was wrong. It was huge! All alone chained to the wall, almost in the right hand corner, opposite the wall of the fireplace, sat Mr. Tom Hiddleston. As his eyes slowly lifted to meet mine, my heart fell into my stomach, beating fast. This was it.
