"Why did you take a nap on the floor?" asked Papyrus. "You're turning into Sans!"

"Sorry!" I replied. "My worst enemies are the mornings."

"That's not just it. The timeline opens tomorrow. You're not prepared for what you'll see."

"You're right. I still have a lot of hope, though! And thanks for caring about me...!" I hugged him. "I love you, Papyrus!"

"You too, Gabriol."

I giggled.

"You have a nice laugh. Wanna hear mine?"

"I hear it every day! But, yeah."

"NYEH HEH HEH!"

I giggled again.

"You're very cute! I'm gonna boop your nose now."

Papyrus poked my nose, "Boop!"

I giggled. I poked him back.

"Pap!" I laughed.

"This feels like the first time we ever realized how close we were! You were so nice to me."

We walked in the kitchen and made more spaghetti together. It really did feel like my childhood all over again.

Sans walked in. He said, "You two having fun?"

I nodded, "Yeah." I giggled. "Wanna go outside when we're finished?"

Papyrus and Sans nodded.

We went outside and played in the snow. I made a snowman with my grin and eyes on it. Pap made a snowman with huge muscles and a smile. Sans made a pile of snow and wrote his name on it.

After we are done, we fell to the ground in a large and giggly pile. I knew it wasn't gonna be like this for much longer.

After a while of playing around, it was time to go.

"It's time to go," said Sans. "The timeline's opening."

The world in front of us was disappearing like a painting, pixel after pixel, as we pressed on and made it to a room of white.

In front of us was every event that ever took place in the Underground's history. I gasped at everything I saw. It all seemed like it was happening at the same time. It all felt like it was moving so quick.

"Hey, look!" said Papyrus. "It's Dr. Gaster. He's with some children. That was so long ago."

"I still miss the old guy," said Sans. "He meant a lot to us."

I smiled. I missed him, too. That one human stole everything from us, all because of their hatred for monsters.

I looked over at one of my events. It was me as a child. I had the sweetest smile. As a human, I was very troublesome. Papyrus often wondered if it would be best to teach me manners or to let me stay how I was. He was the best older brother I could ever want. I looked over on the other side. I saw my battle with Sans the first time I ever met him. That battle was amazing! I remember it like it was yesterday.

~~~
"Gaby," said Papyrus. "Someone wants to battle you. Do you want to?"
"Who is it!?" I yelled vigorously. "I'll take them down!! I don't care who it is!! Hahaha!!"
"It's a skeleton. His name is Sans."
"Sans!? I've heard that name somewhere before."
I heard footsteps come behind me. Who's Sans? I thought. I swear I heard that name before all of this, but where?
