Chapter Six

"That wasn't the last visit we've ever had!" said a voice that came from behind me.

I turned around to see Chara again.

"But I killed you!! How are you...alive!?"

"Lucky for me, I can do anything I want! I'm not human! Did you forget!?"

"Son of a..."

"You're not calling me a name, are you? The only name I have is Chara, and Chara I will always go by!"

"Why the hell are you even here!? I didn't want you here!"

"Are you swearing in front of me? I'm...just...a...kid..." Chara began to fake-cry.

"I have no mercy for you! You killed so many innocent people! Unless you give their families mercy, I can never forgive you!!"

She laughed with pure insanity in her eyes.

"You think your little speech is gonna stop me!? Think again. I am Chara. I live to destroy beings like you! I'll make sure to kill everyone you love!!"

I woke up in bed. That dream scared me. I went back to sleep.

It became the morning. I realized that I was the only one sleeping in the bed. I got up and stretched. I walked in the kitchen where everyone else was. I sat in my seat and began eating.

"Good morning, Gaby!" said Papyrus. "Did you sleep well?"

"Yeah."

"That's good. I had a funny dream last night."

"What was it about?"

"Okay so, I dreamed that Chara came back and she kept telling me that she was coming back. I laughed at her, in my dream, and said that she was already dead!"

What the hell!? I thought. I had that same dream!

"Hmm," I said to Pap, trying to hide my fear and shock. "That's interesting."

"Yeah! It's hilarious!" He laughed.

"Huh!" said Undyne. "I had that same dream."

"Yeah," said Sans. "Me too."

"Never trust Chara," I said. "She's an evil human who wants our blood stained on her hands."

"Don't worry!" said Papyrus. "I'll protect you no matter what happens!"

"Me too!!" exclaimed Undyne. "I care about you."

"You're the youngest one here, kid!" said Sans. "We've got your back."

"How nice of you..!" I said. "I'll probably need the extra help."

"You're the bravest kid I know. Knowin' you, you'll be able to kill her without any of our help!"

I blushed. How could family be this close? I smiled.

Oh yeah!! I thought. I forgot to tell them about that cave I found.

"Guys!" I said. "I found something awesome a little past Snowdin. I want you all to see it."

"Ooooh!" said Papyrus. "What is it, Gaby?"

"It's this cave that Undyne told me about. I dunno what's in it, but after this big talk we had about it, I just wanna go there!"

"Sounds like a good time-waster..." said Undyne, dully. "I wanna be part of it!!"

"We're already part of something..." Sans said. "We're all part of the food chain!" We all facepalmed.

We made it to the cave.
